Hey Wayne - this is your old Phoenix neighbor. I remember the day you dropped and broke the 6" mirror as you were preparing to send it in for silvering after 6 months of hand polishing. Then you turned right around and started polishing another one. I was impressed with your determination. Finally bought my own 6" reflector. Do you still have the reflector you built? Great to hear your story from your own lips. As a DEC OEM I still have an 11/23 sitting in my garage. I'm surprised we never ran into one another in all those years of playing in the same computer sand box.
