I was pretty broken up about my initial thoughts on thinking the transmission was shot. Luckily it was just some issues with assembly and forgetting to upgrade the rod eyes in the lower control arms.
Everything seems good enough to run this thing through the paces on the dyno. I cant wait to see what kind of HP this thing will make. It felt super spicy during these few laps around the block.

I like your explanation very much and the way you work. I hope you can explain to us the method of disassembling the car engine, the method of renewing the damaged parts inside, and reassembling the engine again, please.
Thank you! I am hoping the engine stays together at this point. I have already done some engine upgrade videos on this engine : )
Awesome! Looking forward to the results of tuning.
You and me both!
Seriously this MR2 will be a absolute weapon when you are done mate, your commitment is very aspiring mate, keep up the good work 😊
Thank you! I cant stop something once it has been started. Long process though. Thanks for the support!
Outstanding Bro!! Love this build and cant wait for whatever is next.
Thanks!!! waiting on either the paint or the engine tuner at this point. Just trying to get a date for each
Well done, I bet that feels great.
Thanks! It felt amazing after all these years
Congratulations! Sounds awesome.
Thank you! The sound in the video doesn't do it justice
amazing, been watching for a few yrs , congrats !
Thanks for sticking with me. slow process unfortunately
Congratulations! Great job, you got it driving. Just needs some more paint and details. Well done! :)
Thank you! The paint is the next big ticket item then I can start getting everything back together.
We’ve been waiting for this day 👏
Haha!! yes! about time right : )
what a crazy build welldone
Thank you! it is a bit crazy
Well done been great to watch i get there
Thank you! And thanks for sticking with the build
Fantastic!
Thank you! Cheers!
Excellent project! The fact that the rearsuspension was on the loose du to the uniballs flexibility. That means that the rigid ones installed now will be facing that as a bending force, are they up to it? As forces will increase dramatically with accelleration/braking. Anything but perfect alignment in the joint will also add to that equation.
Yes, but the factory setup was a rigid configuration. I just used the flexible ones because I had them laying around
Hell yes! So sick. It's on its way.
Finally . this took for ever to get to this point
that sounds amazing
Thanks!! I'm quite happy with it : )
Im not able to understand what axle wrap is or how it jammed the (cv shafts?) from turning.
I understand the solid joint stopped movement of the lower control joint, but how did that force transfer?
Great series. Looking forward to it. Learned 3 great tricks in just a couple videos so far. Thank you
I cant figure it out either.... I just fixed this and everything was fine all of a sudden. Thank you for joining me!
Any plans for a roof scoop for the engine intake? Would look boss and function well.
I have already made one. It is detailed in a video I did a while back. It is three carbon fiber fins that cover the gap. If you look at it let me know what you think. I could go either way with it on or off.
Soooooo good.
yes sir! Thanks
For some reason, I see a less smart version of you in a different universe. Just flooring it and breaking summer
Yes that is also me in this universe : )
Very COoL. I didn't anticipate that one. If I wore a hat it would be"off to you"
Thank you! I was sweating this one
@@scantronsgarage 👉You are very methodical, detail oriented and "Got-Drive". You won't / can't fail. It's clearly not in your DNA. Just saying. But don't let that go to your head 😋 p.s. Love the Batman cave style digs..
Haha! Thank you so much : )@@ovalwingnut
