The key to understanding this is in the inner work Jesus Christ taught. Start with forgiveness. Parents are easiest, they've raised fed loved us to some degree. To be forgiven we must forgive. Genuinely looking inside for those inner grievances we all build up and forgiving from within shows something so important about your soul. It is the key to all of this. This step teaches you why Jesus Christ is lord. Once you've done it it makes so much sense why you need to break down before Jesus Christ and ask for forgiveness. Please trust me. Lastly, read at least these three books of the Bible personally, genesis, Mathew, and one you chose yourself. Consider it a bare minimum effort mark. I'm serious. This music helps me calm down and settle my soul after the noise of a long day. Therefore, before going to bed I usually have a habit of turning it on or even every morning I will start a long day with this tune.
