Good day bro.. usually if u cannot log-in there's a problem with your Sat-C antenna, try check the connection together with electrician.. And if no progress you can report to your company for them to send Shore technician on board.

Sir do you know how to fix my inmarsat c. Window screen is hang when i tried pv test. I reset already but still hang. but still can recieve updates. Any solution for this? Thanks

Hello good day.. check maybe it's memory is full try deleting some if not auto deleted. If you cannot find the trouble shooting solution on the manual better inform Capt. so that you can send email on the company for it's maker advice. If not possible to repair on board they will send a technician for that. Have a safe voyage mate😊
