    I agree with Dr that Diabetes type 2 can be reversed .I was diagnosed in 2023 and has tried so hard to change lifestyle , exercise and veggies
    Blood sugar is controlled now

    KEY POINTS
    Eliminate ALL simple sugars.
    2. Cut out ALL of the white stuff (white bread and white sugar included)
    3. Eat only Greens, Beans and Vegetables for two weeks
    4 The Dr. Chidi method: "Dont resist it, choose to have it but delay it. (eg. Eat an apple 30 mins before going to get something sugary)
    5. If you eat something sour, it stops you from wanting to eat something sugary
    6. Limit yourself to two meals a day.
    7. Go for a walk immediately after a meal.
    8. CCTV - The car the couch and the TV. works against us
    9 Proverbs 16:32 Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city.

      depends on the fruits. some are high in sugar, some arent. do some research to see which has the most and which doesnt.

      Poor innocent animals. You don’t want to be in their shoes 👈🤥 . Longest living people on Earth, are vegan.
      PIaque forms eating animals. Plant-based/vegans don’t have pIaque. ✅♥️😬🐒🐵🦧🦍👱🏼‍♂️👩🏽😉. Buddhist monks most of them are vegan ✅♥️💪😬😉.. rice, quinoa, beans, and lentils, and oats, fruits and herbs and spices, yeast B12 tablespoon, every day, is the key to healthiness ✅😉

      All veg no oils no seeds
      Low carb fruit any berries
      Loads of greens
      No wheat barley no rice
      No potatoes
      Eat beans any kind no sauces
      It should ease
      No coffee
      No oats it will aggravate your condition
      Do a bit of fasting
      And walk as much as you can

      You're probably suffering from diabetic neuropathy. You need to see a specialist to help you out. Endocrinologist or, if not able, I think a general practitioner specializing in treating people with diabetes will help.
