By far my favorite home because of the price, location, and that rooftop terrace ain't no joke!! And tge pantry is huge while the Washer & Dryer room is wonderful. The outdoors are spacious...just perfect.

Nice house. I would prefer my laundry room upstairs next to master bedroom so I can do my laundry while I nap. And not have to carry heavy laundry from downstairs to upstairs. A nice big window by the bathtub, so I can look out as I soak...nice. Open up the study room so it can be an open space.

Maybe in the west where house helps are expensive. In Kenya most people would want the staff a bit secluded as they do laundry.

For that price the interiors is not really worth it especially the kitchen. Kenyan Developers should do better. Engage an interior designer.
