Hi, I have 407coupe and 2 times The workshop broke the bonnet release. They said the bonnet is heavey and bonnet release is from weak plastic. Do you have another solution ? Or there is a strong one.

My car will not close, only grab the safety lock.

Hi Ryadh,
The cable is connected to the bonet lock and the lever you use to open the bonnet. All that remains is to find the clips holding the cable to the car along the cable lenght.

Hi Vykintas,
I believe so. Nonetheless, it takes some agility and hand bending. You can remove 4 pins and two side screws with star interface. I do it at the beginning of this video: ruclips.net/video/nrG68DjnZ9w/видео.html&lc=UgzoJLVOhivfv6cnGcN4AaABAg
Then you should be able to bend the bumper a bit. Just be careful not to pull to strong. This is plastic in the end :)
