Absolutely on the button. This video shows every detail required to remove the front-end if you have to replace an entire headlamp unit. The other two amateur videos of the subject of headlamp replacement should be embarrassed for wasting everyone's time.
I need to do this today. Wish me luck. So many fragile pins and clicks. Great Video mate thanks. Yesterday I fixed my door watching your videos about peugeot 307 so keep them coming. I saulte you.
I have been looking for a long time for such a good instruction. Your videos are very helpful and I really like how much effort you put into this car. I own the same car, also with the 1.6 16v 110 motor, so I wonder what's your general opinion about the car.
Hi INEXIM, Thanks for good feedback, I appreciate it a lot! This is a great car for the price you pay for it. There are issues that you will need to fix since in is not brand new :) Nonetheless if you like working on your car yourself, I believe it is perfect. It has enormous trunk. I have transported quite large and heavy objects with my Peugeot 307. Parts are also very cheap compared to other brands within the price range. There is also a lot of access for beginner mechanic so you do not need to be a tiny person to undo some bolts and nuts here and there. I like it and it keeps me busy. Of course it all depends on what does the owner want. I would not suggest it for a person that want to drive problem free for years. Then, I would recommend a new car or an old Mercedes E class or an old Volvo 850. But with old cars it is always a gamble so even with these ones you can have bad luck or a previous owned that did not care about the maintenance. What do you think? Cheers!
I agree with you, especially to the point that the trunk is just huge. Unfortunately I'm not able to fix as much on my own as you are but nevertheless there are some problems which I can solve my self, at least with the help of your great videos. Referring to your statement to the reliability I have to admit that my Peugeot runs with barely no issues since the car passed the 250.000km line(my particular one has driven about 310.000km until today and in the last year the only big issue was a broken generator, despite normal wear like bulbs). Therefore I assume it will probably cause more trouble than an old Volvo, like you mentioned, but not extremely more than an average car with the same number of travelled kilometres in this age. How many kilometres has your 307 made yet? You're so right about the gamble with buying old cars, you never know. Last but not least I want to ask you if you are a professional mechanic or do you work in a similar branch and where do you come from? Regards!
Mine has 230 000 km on the counter :) I am not a car mechanic but I am a mechanical engineer so close enough for me ;) Before buying new used car check the safety tests as well. Not sure whether you have kids but your well being is important as well. I usually use this page to check the safety test results (but there are many good ones): www.euroncap.com/en And remember that after 2009 they have made the test stricter so results before and after 2009/2010 cannot be directly compared. The test is stricter now. Cheers!
Thank you for making these kind of videos. I also have this car. My first car. Mines year 2004. 1.6 80kw 109Hp. I was wondering if its possible to replace this front bumper with bumper that restyling peugeot 307 has? Also adding headlights. Basically completely changing front of the car into restyling model. Thanks!
Hi Bane, Thanks for good feedback! Nice to hear you have the same car ;) Of course this is possible :) The only challenge is to make sure the interface points match. Best option would be to fit it towards the car in the shop where you plan to buy the new bumper. Also I can be old fashion but I like the bumper in this car because it is a bit higher up and it saved me from crushing it over the edge of the pavement many times ;) Cheers & good luck!
Is this all necessary to access the horn? Mine is not working. If it is not the fuse or the connection behind the airbag, it must be the horn or its connector.
THX for your movies. I've already used couple of them with my Peugeot. Do you know if removing a bumper in needed for removing headlights? I have some dirt inside them which I'd like to clean up but removing the bumper is not so simple - I'm pretty sure I would broke those plastic elements between the bumper and the fender...
Hi Łukasz, Thanks for feedback :) I appreciate it! I believe you will need to do remove the bumper first... There is some explanation to that but if you can wait one more week I will show you how to remove headlights through another video. Then you can decide yourself whether it is possible without taking the bumper out :) Cheers!

Do I need to remove the bumper to remove the plastic moldings on the corners?
Wonder if it would have been easier to remove the wheel arch trims to do this
