I have 2 recommendations for gameplay 1: Turn gameplay speed to 70, it makes the game a little faster and gives you a slight advantage when making split decision plays 2: Real player percentage makes the game way funner when playing as the hole team but that's just my option I do both personally, just depends on the team
Kenny! Substitution method should be on ACE so you don't get any platoon swaps and the CPU takes players out more realistically if you don't wanna do it manually
