I’m so shocked at how young they’re doing a full groom but you do have a point. He will have a good first memory of being at the groomer. A solid good memory.
This is as precious as it gets. Love how you nearly put the little one asleep in the whirlpool. But when the drying was over and grooming began it was all too much and night night was all she wrote. I think it would be easier to groom while they sleep myself, but it turned out so adorable and makes me want another puppy which I said I would never do again! I would get an adult dog first. But I just lost all 3 of my fur babies last year as they were 15, 16 and 17. Then I went to the shelter by my home and fostered a hospice 15-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound who I ended up adopting and we had so much fun and a whole lot of firsts with Benjamine as he was never in the house before I brought him home that was clear. But after 9 months he has gone over the rainbow bridge to join all my other fur babies before him! That was heartbreaking for me as that was only 5 days ago. I keep saying no more dogs as it is too heartbreaking saying goodbye and there is now a huge gaping hole in my heart again.
Aw Nancy. I’m sorry. I know how you feel. It’s difficult to get over losing a pet. I lost my furry pup (a darling Beagle) to a truck accident as a young girl. The pain was unbearable so I will never have another dog. I also lost three fabulous kittens as cats. No more. I miss their loving loyalty but the pain and hurt to them leaving is too much. My humble opinion. Please excuse me, I do not mean to make you feel worse. Fill that hole in your heart again.
