Rather than a home, this looks like a corporate building to be honest. Very uninviting and no character other than glass windows. But thats just my taste i guess :) Not that i have 7 million lying around anyways.
Yeah tbh, id want maybe some frosted glass patterns and not a club bathroom for my home, I don’t want to be able to imagine I’m in a hotel when I arrive home

@@delighteddino9363 That bathroom is specifically for when you have large parties, that is why it is downstairs out of the way. You saw that the rest if the bathrooms are normal.
I’d be constantly paranoid that someone in the woods is looking into the house during night.
House has little to no security.
You can lock the doors but if someone has a gun and shoots the window what are you going to do?
Call the police? Yeah theyre going to take at least 20-30 minutes to get to that secluded area

Then I guess that it would be a good idea to arm yourself. Having lots of dogs would be great too. If you are that rich I am pretty sure that you can afford a good security system.

@@caelilee7884 :D LOL Bullet proof glass doesnt exist. most of the time the bulletproof glass you see in cars, are plastic and ceramic mix panels stacked on another. to make this big of a panel is impossible. thats why there are bullet proof "glass" exists only in cars. if you want to bullet proof you home, you gotta put steel panels.

I'd love to live here...this is my dream house. People just watch too much crime/horror movies. A real thief/murderer doesn't care if it's glass or iron. Plus, the space around is private property so it's not like anyone will be walking near enough to see you.

The bedrooms are really nice but the rest...? The entire ground floor looks like a garage: a ton of echo and as cozy as a parking lot. Sure it's unique, but that also makes it super hard to sell. Calling it right now, if this gets bought, it's probably turned into an office or some community/party facility, but not as a home.
to be honest... nothing even special about the bedrooms. The closets are really poorly designed and the bathrooms are meh. They might as well redo the top floor.

I can dig the upstairs… but the main section would definitely need some sectioning or something, just having a huge room like that doesn’t seem practical.
You should be able to make all the exterior glass opaque at the push of a button.
I think they can only do white or grey for that. Once they come out with a black or mirrored version I think that'd be really popular

Looks like an airport terminal. I couldn’t live with all those glass windows and huge open space. I’d feel too exposed. I do love the pool though. My favorite part was the Jackson Pollock like artwork on the wall by the stairs as you go down to the garage. Now that I’d love to have.

Not going to lie I actually really like this house and believe it's worth it's price the look of it is already really good and I believe most people would like it (at least with taste) plus with the open concept if you wanted to add more rooms or whatever you could. Game room, theatre, etc or even bundle it all up together and putting a finishing touch.

the one house that makes the window cleaner rich
I believe I’d feel entirely different about this home if:
1) It had tile floors. They’ve come out with some amazingly colorful and sparkly products - I’ve seen them used in retail spaces - and a great designer could really go to town adding some character to the interior. The neon lights would play beautifully off them at night and downplay that “warehouse floor” feel.
2) It had landscaping. I appreciate the idea of sleeping amongst the tree canopies - but all I saw was spindly oaks, which aren’t all that attractive. I say clear out that yuck, and put in some truly majestic specimens: copper birch and weeping willow, for example. Or if a landscape designer wanted to play off the lines of the building, line the perimeter with cypress.
As far as I’m concerned, the idea of indoor/outdoor living really only works if the exterior of a home is inviting. Someone spent a lot of money to build this glass box, and to me the job looks incomplete. This property is crying, “Someone, help me!!!”😢

East hampton is one of my favorite designations . The house is above and beyond with its uniqueness . Has a miami feel . I would never expect to see this property out there . I'm calling it. this isn't a home that someone is likely going to live in, they might, but I think someone from the surrounding area is going to buy it and have it as a nightclub, art gallery, extra space or like extended garage. it would be pretty cool to have like 15 cars on the main floor there
