Some of y’all get so mad when I email MGA and get replacements... like do y’all not get that these dolls cost a lot of money and I have a month to claim my warranty and get a better one if it comes damaged? It’s no sweat off MGA’s back either since they’re a multimillion dollar corporation so trust me when I say they don’t lose any sleep at night over sending a new doll to their paying customer
Also I did not break my original Fame Queen’s hand. It arrived broken. These dolls are supposed to have removable hands for the sake of clothing them, and if it breaks, that’s not normal...
Plus why does matter what choices you make? If you want to return the doll return the damm doll

The thing is which receipt is best? because the online receipt seems to not work or doesn't give the full details. Not easy to get a full receipt like a paper one you get sometimes with target. Also they start the warranty countdown from your preorder date?
They accept online receipts, I’ve send them it before and it worked
@@Courtly_Jester Do you give them the receipt from the delivery or the date from order? I am not sure which is best since with a few of my preordered dolls which I didn't get till 15~20 days AFTER I ordered from say, target or amazon, they started the warranty countdown. I'm literally stuck with a doll with missing toes because I showed them the receipt with the preordered date!😥

take a bit of acetone and a qtip or small brush and you can remove the face paint (be careful tho)

No you can, you just have to screenshot your purchase info (specifically the date you bought on and price you paid) to use as a receipt
