- I killed Mephisto 1000 times in single player D2R!
I started with ~70% MF and finished with 283% MF. The first 200 runs were on players 1 difficulty and the final 800 runs were on players 3 difficulty. If you like these sorts of videos please consider subscribing :)

My best drop from mephisto was Arach Belt + Soj on the same run.
And that superchests behind already gave me 2 Lo runes + lot of mid runes as Lem/Pul.

Awesome runs. SP here too due to lag in Oz. I have been smashing the pit with a FOHdin for ages now and found first reaper's toll yesterday, but nothing else worthy. Looks like I will move my sorc to Mephisto runs then!

Hey Reg... hit NM Andy for that soj. Since you're on single player also, Countess runs w/ player difficulty set at 1 is best for her rune drop rates, and lower kurast in hell, players 7 for your high runes. Good luck in farming & running.
Currently doing this challenge myself. I am using a fully decked nova sorc on ladder. So far at 600 runs.
I have found ridiculous shit including a ber rune from the chest behind meph, perfect ETH skullders, perfect hoz, perfect gore riders, perfect Tgods, and a friggin ZOD rune on the way!!
All I wanted is a goddamn tal amulet which I have not found during the entire ladder. Also havent found a single facet. Diablo is weird sometimes.
Ive noticed i ran alot of mephisto and andariel got some good stuff but i realized ive neglected act 2 ,4, and 5 so now im getting alot of new stuff i need. Sure some of these areas can drop most of everything but im enjoying the variety farming new areas

Lmao a spider at run 1 is insane
metal grid is nice now because iron golem follows you from game to game. at least online, not sure about single player. so you can make him out of stuff like insight and get mana regen while keeping conviction from infinity on your merc. there are other good runeword combos for the iron golem now too but that's the main one

I ran p8 Lower kurast for a week finding a sur i had another sur a week earlier, so i got bored of LK and went to cows and in the first run i got a Jah :) So i got my paladin an Enigma.
This makes me want to play D2R. I played single player pluggy for 5yrs and stopped playing cuz I had kids and no more free time. Now my kids are at an age that I can take my eyes off them from time to time which makes me want to try D2R. I must have done 10K meph runs in my time 😂.

I'm back playing diablo 2 LoD (my Pc doesn't run D2R) 3 or 4 months ago. All this time i dropped 4 eschutas, 3 of them +1 skills, only one +2 skills. Not a single one +3 skills...
This lucky SoB drops one already +3 skills 20% fire dmg...
Either D2R have improved drop rate or schmuck is really a damn lucky SoB!!!!!!!!!

solid video...liked the reactions. sucked no eth reaper's but only like 1 in 7 are eth or something. I loved the first eschutas roll. I hate when you try to sell P fire eschutas and the people come in and say it's only 26 energy and not 30 and then they try to lowball you hard. But great video.

You gotta be kidding me, Schmuck. 3 Arachs? I've been playing SP for so long now, six chars 90+, 3 on 93, and have yet to find my first Arachs. And it would be an upgrade for 5 of those chars.
I am just here to see what can i expect from meph runs. I also need some arach and wondered "where I can find it?" now I know. Mephisto is awesome boss to kill. I like the enthusiasm when Schmuck find something. Mine was the same when I was first played this game couple months ago

When I use this run counter it auto starts a new run when I leave a game AND when I start a game anyone know how to fix this?

This game's RNG is something else. I have literally thousands of hours between old D2 and current D2R and i still have never ever ever found a single Eschutas on any of my characters. I 've dropped dozens of Tyraels, Death Fathoms, Death's Web etc etc but i still havent found a single Eldritch Orb. 😂😂
Mephisto dropped me Jah once and same day i got also Sur from his durance of hate. Also i have got Ohm from chest behind mephisto (but not on same day).
3x Spiderwebs in 500 runs is CRAZY luck!!!
This guys luck is infuriating. He gets like 5 high runes in 400 lower kurast runs, I do 2800 runs on p7 and got a Gul and 2 Lems. Fucking maddening.

PRO TIP: move your tomes and the cube to the left side of your invetory.
This is the epitome of pro tip! I used to have them over there but it would mean that sometimes items were blocked by my run counter so I swapped sides
you never change the map .. you found every times the same items .... single play is so shit :/ i found 2 Ber runes in 2 runs on the same place :/ and leave single play for ever
