Is there a law against folks cleaning up their own mess in this country? I can't believe that there are this many people willingly living in filth as are being shown in each of these videos. There seems to be a lot of young or middle-aged people living like this.
I don't think that they do this willingly. Nobody wants to live in filth or face peoples judgement . But a person's state of mind dictates a lot on how he is going to live. Depression , anxiety, procrastination often contribute to ending up under a load of filth. Its mental illness . Not laziness. This world we are living in , we see someone living in filth, and we are gonna call him dirty, lazy, mad etc but rarely do we try to walk a mile in their shoes , to try to understand them and we are not likely to help them in any way because we dont understand them. But most of the time these people are struggling internally . They are not living that bad on purpose.. Why a law AGAINST them? Why not a law for them to help them out of it.

Подобное средство можно сделать самим. 3 стакана воды, 2 столовых ложки лимонной кислоты, 2 столовых ложки крахмала, столовая ложка соли, 2 столовых ложки пищевой соды, полстакана уксуса. Все хорошо перемешать. В пластиковом стакане развести полстакана воды и столовую ложку щелочи. Добавить к остальным ингредиентам и хорошо перемешать в течение 2-3 минут, добавить полстакана жидкого средства для мытья посуды. Средство получается желеобразным. Данного количества хватает на долго. Нанести на загрязнённую поверхность и подождать минут 10-15. Отлично очищает абсолютно все, как на кухне так и в санузле. Рецепт мне подсказала знакомая филиппинка которая занимается уборкой.

This is because that there is a relatives or a friends that have health issue related, meaning that they might have asthma, or a health issue related. I don't think that there is a law to clean up your own mess from your own house.
