we went to Phuket yesterday for a little shopping, cheese, cooking chocolate so Lisa can bake, glad we came back too many people now, for us yes we love it here for sure. xx,
Tony have there been any new food places at the bus station? There was a western style restaurant there years back. Also, Pizza places, have they increased?
dont think there is much at the bus station, is a new one now, and not in the town, only got KFC and the pizza company, theres a place called buddies that do both western and thai, also a place close to SCB bank call barley, but I think its up for sale or closing. they do all kind of western, and a steak
Thanks for sharing I would like to see more of town and beach if you can I went to Khao lak in November with wife did ask you few questions then what’s it like compared to Khao lak how far is it from there
Des our closest beach is about 30 mins away, Khao lak is a tourist spot for sure much much busier, heaps more western food, we only have a KFC and a Pizza company, a couple of the restaurants do serve burgers etc, but its 95% Thai food hear, a few places to stay and you can access phangnga bay and James Bond island, koh panyee, Khao lak is 50 mins away, and as I said takupa you can access koh Khao koy small island which is 15 mins from the jetty, I've have done a video on most of these places.

@@desmcleod2604 chumphon is nice, great beaches, but a big town, very busy, handy for ferries to the islands, but just out of town you will find quite areas, let me think

@@desmcleod2604 khok kloi anf natai beach is the closest to me, its on the way to phuket and a small little village, check it out on google maps
