I would like to request to those people of Meghalaya especially in Shillong city don't be proud of what we r called the Scotland of the east which you are not anymore because u're the main polluter of Shillong there r bad smell,plastics everywhere n so on so forth. their efforts keep us alive n you should follows their habit n start cleaning up Shillong city.laws n orders should b put especially for Khun shipiah who come to Shillong which by whole n large parts of the city r polluted by them.
