These views are INSANE!!! I agree, beach towns should be surrounded by food! After a long walk, there is nothing better than getting a nice lunch and a cold beer 🙂

Gleniff Horseshoe Drive is astounding. Mullaghmore is just as great, too. Sligo is definitely one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Unforgettable.

Sruth in Aghaidh an Aird is the border between Sligo and Leitrim. And the path to it is on the Sligo side of the river.

As my username might hint at I was from sligo. Brought up in glencar on the high road on the opposite side of the lake from where you were at the waterfall. Never heard it called the devil's chimney, but a gealic name (which I have forgotten hot to spell, but means "The stream against the height, something like Shruh an aye an ard. As kids we watched it in winter when the water would blow vertically up from the edge of the mountain. Been away from sligo since 1987 but hope to sail there in 2024 from Scotland. Thanks for the video.👍

It's not too far, fookin hell, it took me the best of 3,hours, last week, to get to ballina (mayo)....to visit family....from Dublin......do you drive a delorian.....(or pilot on)....😮😮😮

Ha, I would love a delorian. Running joke on the channel, where Barbados is so small that you can drive one side to the other in one hour, so any journey over an hour gets called long.
