With green tea, don’t leave the tea bag in too long. No more than two minutes. Could always add a teaspoon of honey, but I got use to it after a while.

Hi, the best green tea is dragonfly. It come with citrus and one with mint. It’s in teabags so very convenient. The clipper one isn’t great but drinkable. Just don’t judge green tea on clipper! X

@@Mrsleannejames No problem, plant milk wise Oatly barista or alpro barista are both good in coffee. Almonds good in cereal or smoothies. X

Hi hope you're all well and you're operation goes well my sister has had breast cancer 3 times and once some where else sadly she has it again but now in both breasts so is having them both removed in the new year so thinking of you and the family xx

Such an impressive haul, and such healthy choices for you! Research is proving that diets rich in plant-based foods have so many health benefits, both short term and long term. Well done, you! I usually put turmeric in my smoothie after a 12-14 hour fast. Frozen mango bits, a bit of frozen berry mix, half an avocado, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and turmeric. I'm not keen on the taste of turmeric on its own, but blended up in a smoothie masks the taste! 🤣 Do try to keep yourself well hydrated pre-surgery. You're doing so well, and I'm so inspired by you! 😊 Wishing you all the best!
