Hi Leanne good to see you. It so true about preparation, how it can improve your mental state of health. Less stress is best. Ive reached my 4 and half stones award this week. Been a roller coaster since Christmas. Got there just in time for my hip rereplacement operation next week. Working my wat towards the 5 stones award. Catch you in the next one. Take care xx😘

Hi Leanne. I have only just spotted your vlogs and have caught up from your 4th January one. I am a long time SW member and have been at target (for the third time! ) for 6 months. It is still a struggle at times, especially controlling my chocolate cravings. So pleased you are doing well, and feeling better x

You really are aware of what you eat. I have heard about magnesium and vitb12 and I need to do this too.I’ve also heard of others swearing by eating spinach on a daily basis and swear they feel a difference…and I quite believe it.i wish they made smaller bags of spinach,I find it too much and don’t seem to stay good with me. You did amazing considering you were woken up early,I do believe your food is suiting you,it’s definitely sounding a positive response.i believe too that certain foods suit us more than others. Lovely evening meal- can’t fault it and I again want to do overnight oats. Hope your boy is feeling better lots of love sent xxx

Hi Leanne, great vlog. I agree preparation is key and like you I need a routine. You are looking so well. Forgot to say I am a Yorkshire tea lass too. I personally love a builders cup of tea! We are tea drinkers in our house, we don’t like coffee.❤xx
I haven’t found a tea I like better although when I was in Sainsbury’s today they didn’t have any at all and there was a sign up to say there is a shortage of tea, not sure if that’s just in Sainsbury’s or everywhere! Thank you for watching 🌸

I take Magnesium from
British supplements, it’s transformed my sleep, apparently we can’t eat enough of the foods in a day for the amount of magnesium our body needs. It’s brilliant. X
That’s really interesting I’d never considered magnesium before but I think it must be helping with how much better I’m feeling, thank you for watching 🌸
Leanne, it's recommended that edamame beans should be cooked before eating unless it says differently on Tesco's packets? xx
I thought the same but it said on the packet they can be eaten cold, not sure how that differs to others 🌸

@@sue508 yes you could be right it’s a shame it’s not completely clear on the packet, the only thing is there is a health warning saying do not eat raw on some of the other ones like the frozen ones which wasn’t on these, I’ll endeavour to find out thank you for pointing this out I wouldn’t want to be careless with anything 🌸

you do need to check the GI index for the foods you eat. The Coke will raise your insulin levels and make you store fat. Do a bit of research. You're doing amazing though.
Thank you so much. You’re right this is something I have been researching recently, that’s why I drink the coke with food rather than just on its own apparently it’s meant to help reduce the spike but I’m not sure if that’s correct, I’ll definitely put more time in to researching this 🌸

I would imagine you ate am o blood group, we need meat and good quality protein.
I used to know the answer to that it was in my maternity notes but I can’t remember now, I’ll have to find out! Thank you for watching 🌸
