I am going to speak on the catching fade part. You can tell Cliff and scru have never been into physical confrontations on the street because if they have, they would know the risk that is being taken when you fight somebody on the street. Because I've seen scru's reactions to Tom's music, and while in alot of them he seems to be overly critical of Tom in a way that he's not critical on other rappers, he certainly has some that state the opposite, like his reaction to IM SORRY. And where's that reaction now, at first I thought he deleted them, but he must have just privated them all, I think that's how that works cause i just checked again where are the rest of his Tom reactions? I did look for that specific interview because I knew he had talked to Tom before which he says in that he respected Tom's honesty on the If I were black song yet he took that one down too.

The thing that rubs me the wrong way about this beef is that Scru stayed silent when Benzino copyright striked reactors but then pulls the same reactors into his own beef a couple months later.

I feel like you're needlessly misconstruing this, "he's saying I basically broke into his house" was Scru using hyperbole to describe the forceful actions Knox claims Scru took, Scu isn't saying "Knox literally claims I committed a breaking and entering felony." The use of "Basically" means Knox _almost implied_ this by the way he described the event, had he said "literally" it would've been very concretely saying Knox said I committed a felony.
And Knox simply _stated_ the EZ Mil angle, if the text receipts are anything to go by, what we saw of their relationship before and after, or if we consider the line about EZ's ex-manager not only being no longer employed by the time he gave that sound clip to Knox, + also the point about Scru saying back then the manager was limiting EZ's growth and now that he got rid him EZ's with Aftermath... yeah that paints a picture in Scru's favor.
Like you can clearly see that the plan to fly out to where EZ was and shoot the vid was not at all spontaneous and that it would be a mischaracterization to say EZ wasn't really with it when he had Scru book a flight already to go down there. It's especially sus when EZ asks about Scru's cameraman and the camera specifics, since Knox tried to make it seem like Scru just appeared with his cousin wielding a cam so EZ would feel pressured by the presence of it into giving his time away to make the vid immediately. It's a very clean rebuttal.
This is nowhere on the Kendrick/Drake level, lets not blow this out of proportion.
