I hate when a hot sauce tastes like they put way too much vinegar into the recipe. It's gross. I use a little in my sauce, but if I didn't tell you, then you would never be able to tell.
Sounds as though you have found yourself a deliciously enjoyable all around kind of sauce Khang! Very nice to see you enjoying something good, without reacting to the heat levels. How might that work on a dish of nice vanilla ice cream? Yeah, I know, outside of the box again lol. I have heard good things about this sauce from Shaun (ChilliChump) also. Perhaps in a larger population area such as yours, there could be a more tradition old fashioned vanilla ice cream variety. That could become an early summertime family treat, while the contents last lol!
You forgot to list the ingredients. Probably because it has way too many. Should not sound like a chemistry experiment. Sorry it's not good. Taste is not everything if it is compromised with poor ingredients. If you can't make it in a normal kitchen don't eat it.

I purchased 2 out of the 1st batch. The sauce has great flavor a 2 in heat.
Definitely low in heat for chili heads. I already finished the first bottle.
