1. There is a God and your not Him. - do not control.
2. If you compare yourself to others, you willbe bitter and envious- this is a sin- do not be envious.
My Personal enlightenment- with anger,pride and all other sinful acts. These are a form of language. Thus, if you want to be prayerfull in language, this must include all acts.
