Stop anger. There is so much violence already.
Resentment (12:37)
Life is too short to be spent on negative feelings. Do not nurture hurt.
Timidity (14:15)
Be simple, but not timid. Be a "handkerchief".

Because of listening to you Father. I was able to overcome my anxiety and panic attacks last year. It was so bad, I dont know what to do in the middle of lockdown. Listening to you gives light to life. It seems you are sent from heaven to share the good words. I always pray to God that whenever you do the homily to make you the instrument of all the things HE wants to say to us. And I always cry. Blessed you more!
