As an artist, this just brightened up my day, I love these kind of people that take drawing as a little hobby to cheer themselves up or for comfort, it's absolutely heart-warming!
This inspired me to beat up homeless people to get them sent to the hospital. And then get sued so I can give them lots of money.

This touched my heart too much I once saw a homeless person holding a sign saying I’m gonna end my life and I sat down for a hour and made him laugh and ended taking him to in and out cause of how bad I felt and he switched his sign to god gives you opportunities take it don’t end it you’ll regret it and that changed my outlook on life so much all respect to you man❤️

The hug was probably the best thing for him, human contact is priceless, been there and felt that way ( to often ) but as stated in the video, every sunrise i see is another chance for things to get better.

I worked at a homeless shelter one summer and if there’s one thing I learned it’s this: those who really need the help don’t ask for it.
Well if I'm ever was homeless than I will try my best to look for help to find a place to live and maybe get job than I will go to homeless shelter and ask to do volunteer work and become more socialize.
I can tell you from being a psych patient most of my adult life why I don't go and sometimes get to help that I need is because everything in the psych system is so policed. It's hard at least for me to be in the system where a doctor for words you say because maybe instead of saying your depression you might say you know I feel like going and killing myself tonight but you don't really mean that you just mean I'm sad and you can't express it like that but they can lock you up for 72 hours for saying bullshit like that or how it's a world where you feel like a second class citizens after your diagnosed cuz when people find out you're diagnosed it's like you don't have the same rights anymore as everybody else so you try to stay away from the system because the systems so focused on your disabilities in your lack you don't really feel like much of a person anymore you just feel like a screwed up pile of problems. Because of are horrible mental health system

From a former homeless man, I thank you Karim, and I agree Joseph. I worked at a McDonalds, and had to sleep behind it some nights or go sleep in the local arroyo waste tunnels. It wasn't food that got me out, it was money from people with good will who were able to overlook my appearance, and help me get on my feet. A random man gave me $100 one day, and I was finally able to renew my license, buy surplus boots, a Marine Corps issue sleeping bag, buy toiletries, and put a slow down payment on a motel room for my place of residence, to get a better job.

I know EXACTLY how this man feels. I was homeless once and after YEARS of being on the streets and pushing myself every day to do better and with the help of my AMAZING girlfriend. I've gotten off of drugs and went from the streets to a hotel to now a house. Things WILL get better with time. With struggle comes ease. Allah will provide.

I literaly had the same sign at one point. I was homeless in chicago and nobody would kill me so i went to worse hood and instead of killing me, people gave me food that i really needed. They might not remember me but i remember them. I threw my aign away that day. Thank u to the people

This is how you saved his life. People need to work. I know it's hard sometimes to find a good job but at least learn how to do something to keep you away from poverty and the streets. Find a workshop and learn what the workers do in there, it will help you in your life. Use your talents to make money there's nothing wrong with that. Just don't give up on life while you are still breathing, and always remember this "death is the one supposed to come to you, not the opposite".

Absolutely. Sometimes, people lose everything, so they know what is worth gaining and that does not always have to be riches. It could just be the greatest purpose. Lack of drive or purposelessness can cause people to give up on responsibilities or they were coddled. Independence can be hard for some people.

I was able to help a homeless guy yesterday. Only 2 blocks from the apartment. Might have on film. Hundreds of thousands are on the streets. This is a very powerful video. No fun for them, or us who are fighting every day, to not become one of them!

When he said “I want the poison” I started tearing up. This shouldn’t be anyone’s reality, nobody should want to take their own life. I wish there were more people who were willing to do the right thing and help each other out.
Sergent Pugsley it hit me hard when he said poison because my friend tried to end her life by overdose and she was in the hospital for a while and now shes in a mental hospital
