    Can we saute vegetables in this and do tadka??

      Yes, we can, but it has to be in sufficient quantity. If the vessel doesn’t detect that there's something like vegetables inside, it will automatically shut off. I tried making popcorn, but it didn’t work. However, when I made veggie Maggi, it worked. So, it really depends. Since vegetables are heavier, it might work better.

      Inner is fully steel. Just like normal milk pan (patila)

    can we clean using vim drops after preparing noodles? is it water proof?

      Yes, you can. Just be careful with the area where the plug point is inserted. Try to avoid contact with water, as it might rust. The cooking area can be cleaned with dishwashing detergents.

    Does it stick to the bottom and turns black when sauting?

      Yes, it does stick. This pan is exactly like a milk pan. If you sauté anything in a milk pan, it will stick in the same way. However, if you keep stirring, it won’t. Based on my experience, I continuously stir the vegetables, which helps prevent them from sticking.
