There's a place in Brooklyn New York that's cheaper than Amazon. They are called Throne Kingdom. I'm starting with very little funds and I'm trying to decide if I should start with, folding chairs and covers, banners, tables and clothes or throne chairs. Any suggestions. I live in Long Island NY, close to the city. Thank you in advance.
I think chair covers, linens that you subrent and carry more for and throne chairs. You don’t really need to start with the chairs. Just go into event spaces and make the existing chairs look nice.
Queen Equalla Great, did you go to the store or did you order online? Unfortunately, I had to redirect my funds into another priority, do I haven't purchased mine yet. I wish you all the best.
I am purchasing 2 next month. Found a guy in my area selling them for $780. We usually have to travel to NY to purchase them. Maybe I should just start with 1. You are right. I set up dessert and candy tables for mostly baby showers and they only use 1 chair.
@@thetentguy I think I will get silver/white and gold/white. Those are the 2 main accent colors people have at their events that I set up. There are alot of people in my area that rent them, but my customers like to rent from me because they trust me and don't want to give their money to people they have never done business with in the past. I am curious. During the off season, what does your business thrive off of?
Don’t use the place I did, their service sucked. Use photoboothint.com/throne-chairs-for-sale/ Tell them the “Tent Guy” sent you so I can get some cred. Thanks!
There is a 10% damage waiver on every item. So one rental won’t cover any damage, but the cumulative effect of the damage waiver builds up and covers it.
I was so focused on listening and learning that I didn't notice what he was wearing. Great job explaining. I just purchased a two seater white/silver,, w/crowns that will be delivered tomorrow. Im about 60 miles from Detroit. I hope to start renting soon $350 -$400per event.

When you're in business, you should lose the shades, and dress better, not like a hood.
Lol - I work outside. I wear the appropriate clothing. When I go on meetings I look better.
