I am just so amazed with your life skills that your Dad taught you and you are mastering them!!
I am so proud to see, people are still keeping up on the essentials of life,
like your Dad & you do on a regular basis..
I would love to learn just a 1/4 of what you do & know to make me a more efficient,
    hunter & survivor.
Our system has been making it much harder for us up in Canada to even live off of the land.
Louisiana seems to be the place to be for hunting regularly & nice temperatures is a bonus as well.!! lol
Thank you for sharing Hannah & Jeff !!
    Appreciate it.
    Keep on keeping it real..

There is, or use to be a magazine called 'Fur Fish and Game' , which explains how to do many of the things Hannah does. It also advertises all kinds of how to books on many different wilderness skills, such as running a trap line, How to skin and process fur bearing animals, how to tan your own furs and hides. How to build a log cabin, How to make and use snares, and dead falls, How to make your own animal scents and many other subjects! I stated running a trap line when I was 13. That trap line helped me pay my way through college.

not much of Trophy Hunters we kill to eat a lot of times we donate 60% of what we kill but these people they don't understand what it is to live in a ranch where these Hogs are just tearing everything up they probably live in high-rise apartment or somewhere like that I always say don't criticize me until you see what they do hogs that is

Nothing like seeing a young man come courting, only to find her dressing a large or small animal and inviting him to dine. Pretty as my daughter is, that weeds out a lot of undesirables! Lol. I’m proud of her and Hanna. Keep up the good work ladies!

Great video, thank you. You could make these films an hour long and I and many others would still watch. I learn so much from you and your dad, I love it. Perfect the way you were turning the ends of the wire in so the hogs would not scratch themselves. You should have said that you stop the suckling pigs from escaping because if they did they would starve to death without mom to feed them, a slow and cruel death. I've had wild hog/bore from Eastern Europe before and it's the best meat ever, I just wish I lived closer to you to get meat from you on a regular basis. Keep the videos coming, please.

-Here is a novel idea: go to Tractor Supply & buy a set of hog ring pliers & a box of hog rings, Squeeze them on in seconds. No twisting necessary. Speaking of twisting: Hannah, I would suggest getting into the habit of twisting your wires together in a clock-wise motion. If you have ever used or plan to use electrical wire nuts, the wires must be twisted together in a clock-wise direction. Just like running a screw into wood. Righty - tighty. Lefty - loosey.

Hannah and her dad are helping protect the environment from a very destructive invasive species. These hogs are not native to America and have few predators and they are destroying many native and endangered species. Wonderful that they are doing this and providing for themselves at the same time.

Again, I'm a fan in East TN. The people who are hating about what hogs you tr taking forget when they go to Wal-Mart and buy sausage, bacon, pork shoulder, butt, Like me when I use a smaller but in a crock pot to make bar-b-que. Guys just keep it up. Hannah, I have a grand daughter that loves to hunt and fish with me so she watches you too. Thumper. JIm

Hey genius; did you think 'eating your harvested product is the only solution available to a business owner? Farming is a business that has a rising bank foreclosure rate. Your comment is like advising the dairy farmer of being too dumb to personally drink every ounce of milk his business produces

If you rewatch 2016 election coverage, the liberal networks used a lot of code for stupid southern people. At this point, with tv and the internet, this way of speaking is a contrived affectation and needs to stop

Hanna, i would never want to get a kick from you, your legs look stronger then all the muscles in my body put together. oh by the way, as a retired electrician, it drives me crazy to see wire turned counter clockwise, always twist wires clockwise, or to the right

    • @Urbicide
      @Urbicide 4 года назад +1

LOL. I thought the same thing about the wire nuts! I had an electrician straighten me out on my wire twisting many years ago. Came in handy when I became an electrician myself.

@Al Burkholder lol, after splicing wires for so many years, and using scotch locks to tie them together, the scotch locks are made to twist clockwise to tie the wires together tight. if you splice counter clockwise, and use a scotch lock, you will undo the twisting on the wire
