I agree. It's because he is underrated. Most Marvel fans knew who Doctor Strange was, which is why he got a movie. Doctor Fate is not that well known. You'd have to be a hardcore DC fan to know exactly who Doctor fate is. he is also the most powerful character in the DC universe. Heck! If he ever went face to face with Doctor Strange, he'd beat him! I really hope the DC Extended Universe will introduce Doctor Fate in his own solo movie if the DC Extended Universe gets back on track.
It would be nice if the Constantine TV Universe crossed over with the Arrow and Flash TV Universe. It would be nice if both of these Universes crossed over with the DC movie Universe. I am rather content with Constantine standing by itself for the time being.

I'm pretty sure they never really watched it as the footage in any origin videos they do is pretty mutch always limited to 1 clip eventhough the animation in that show, love it or hate it, is superior to most other dc-animated shows. I know they pu the show in top 10's but that could just be a bit of fan outcry. Don't get me wrong is not really a critisisme, they can't watch everything it's just something I've noticed.
Finally, I recommend doing the origins of Wotan, Klarion the Witch Boy, Shade the Changing Man (Vertigo Imprint), John Constantine, and of course Etrigan the Demon and Swamp Thing.
You forgot to mention how he got his butt handed to him in the incursions lead up event. Major event that finally let us know who would win between Fate and Strange.
