I'd love Henry in a cowboy uniform. The step he's lost is a step 99% of other RBs have never had. Barkley is extremely injury prone. A RBs best ability is AVAILABILITY.... 👍🤠👍
I really think there's only one running back in free agency I would like and that is Derrick Henry. If we're not going to sign him in free agency I rather just see what Deuce can do

Regardless of free agency, you definitely can’t trust your season with Deuce. Deuce is and always will be a fringe back. I’m glad we have him, but no way he’s an RB1 or even RB2

We need another Travis Fredrick, the oline will help the run game and the pass game. The center is basically the "captain" of the line, biadasz is good and definitely a starter on some teams but to have someone who can be the wall in the middle and be able to learn under someone like zach martin who is probably the best offensive lineman in the league would be huge.
If we make some great moves on offense and a couple on Defense we can make this team a Juggernaut.😤

I’m a Penn State fan so my heart says Saquon. My gut says Henry though. This team needs to toughen up. And if we’re gonna be stuck with dak’s sorry ass I would rather have the guy he can hand the ball to as much as humanly possible.
Derrick Henry will take a Lotta pressure off Dak . It's amazing Dak led the league with 36 touchdowns despite having no running game. Defenses will have to load the box 📦 and that will make play-action more dangerous
Ive said this b4 but i have homies that are not cowboy's fan & they've told me that they got scared when they saw a news feed saying Derrick Henry is heading 2 the cowboy's & i know what that feels like cuz king Henry would solve our redzone issues
I don't think Walter Peyton could run behind this line. I say draft Oline studs and second rate RB in FA or late round thumper that can crash the end zone

Well, March is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER (the start of FREE-AGENCY) and I'm taking a "I'LL BELIEVE IT, WHEN I SEE IT" approach.
So, I'm not going for any of this, Dallas is interested in "THIS PLAYER" and / or "THAT PLAYER" talk.
'Cause when all these players that Dallas is "SUPPOSED" to be interested in or people think they should sign, sign with another team - or their current team, and people start asking the Jones', especially Stephen, how come Dallas didn't sign ANY OF THEM, I can SEE / HEAR Stephen giving his WORLD FAMOUS WORDS: "WE LIKE OUR GUYS."

Cowboys have already proven that they don't like signing big names via free agency anymore and prefer to build via draft. I'd say they're likely to draft someone like Trey Benson & pick up a back like Dillion on the cheap as part of the committee while Benson get's his footing in the NFL. I agree with you on the Derrick Henry option. Sure he's great but for that kind of money it's a big risk given how much he's already played in the league. Running backs average 2.5 year careers and he's way past that. Saquon Barkley would excel in the Cowboys system but no chance Jerry wants to spend that kind of money and like Henry who knows just how long he'll last.

Nah man ...... Derek Henry might have a good year or two. But Trey Benson, Blake Corum, Marshon Lloyd, and Braelon Allen are all long term answers. And Trey Benson can be a star if the line is fixed
I can't bring myself to want saquon Barkley. I just believe that he really didn't do much different than Tony Pollard and he wants to be probably pay the number one back in the NFL

Get josh jacobs dont fall for the henry acquisition. Jacobs is young and can be utilized longer. And probably cheaper.
Henry wants a ring. I’ve been a Cowboys fan since 98 when I was 6. Cowboys won’t sniff a Super Bowl until Jerry Jones passes away, then you have the carbon copy of him in his son who will likely continue the mediocre team with high profit mentality. The owners have been in the way for decades. It’s hard to even to be a fan for this team, Henry wants no part of this. He’ll go somewhere he knows he can get a ring

It’s downhill for Henry imo. He’s only still decent because he didn’t play a full season until 2019, 3 years after being drafted and his first 1000 yard season. Since 2020 he’s averaged 4.3, 4.4, and 4.2 ypc which isn’t worth $10m a year. Draft a guy, and give Deuce and Dowdle a shot.
Cowboys take a chance with Henry , could win a SB for Dallas , for one year , look at the way no running back no SB . Cowboys need to go all out on Henry or Barkley.
I think dowldle and a free agency running back split 45% and let deuce do 10%

Aj Dillon will be a bust. Might as well kept zeke with the cap hit they are still paying him. If pollard is gone , Henry is top , Barkley would be 2nd if he could stay healthy and Jacob's would be basically replacing a pollard. Why pay Dillon 4 million when for an extra million you get Henry. Even if he's a 2 down back , it's worth it. They gave Gallup over 25 million guaranteed , what did he do for them when Noah brown could have been kept on a one year 2 million deal.

We need Derrick Henry, no one respects our running game in the last 3 years ,that will change with Henry, Tennessee offensive line wasn't that good plus they didn't have other wepons so the defenses keyed on Henry, with Henry Dak may pass for 55 touchdowns and break Peytons all time record of 55 touchdowns passes in a year and if he runs for 5 dak will break or tie Peytons record with 60 touchdowns
