Hi Michele, I am changing my grip from overlap grip to interlock grip. My right pinky finger is painful, especially the 1st joint of it. Is that because my grip is wrong? Thank you for your advice.
Need to check your set up and try to keep weight on the left throughout the chip but is hard for me to judge. Hope you will work something out soon. Thank you.
