Hi Michele. I have had similar back problems because of carrying a heavy backpack. I found my body took some time to get used to carrying that weight. I think you have tight muscles. Your body will adjust over time.

It's not their primary language. You have to give some room for miscommunication. It's very common for them to say yes, yes, yes, even though they may not fully understood what you said. He may also be thinking that if it's OK to shoot video with him. He didn't ask the girl to get her consent when you asked him. In other shop the girls may not have any problems but this girl has her own preferences. It's more of a misunderstanding than he lied to you.

The Grab drivers in VN never charge you more than the asked price posted on your Iphone that you already agreed for , because they are closely monitored by the Grab headquarter . They could lose their job in case you complain and have proof for being overcharged by them . The guy at the massage shop said that you could film everywhere in that place but he didn't tell you that you could film his staffs in face without their agreement . When this massage girl did not want you to film her face , It was her own decision and right . Nobody could force her to be filmed by a stranger (not even her boss or a customer) Actually she kept repeating in Vietnamese (obviously you didn't understand a word ) that you could film anywhere else there but her face . It's a question of respect of privacy . I am wondering could you take pictures or film a perfect stranger , especially a woman in Italy without her permission ? Never ever think that with money you can buy or do anything in Vietnam dude .
My problem is not with her, but with the guy that allowed this mistake to happen. If she doesn’t want to be filmed, no problem. But they shouldn’t lie to me at the start, cause I would have selected another massage shop

I could have went to million massage places, but I accepted this place cause he said I can film. But once the service started, they said No.

She wanted to make sure the customer was grabbed before saying no.

You overreacted. His english was limited so it was easy for misunderstanding. Even if his english was perfect he did't lie to you. He said you can film inside and you did film inside. This girl is not his or your slave so she could not agree to publish her image. Easy solution would be to ask for another girl who would do agree to publish her image. I don't know how law is in Italy but for example if it was in Poland and owner of such establishment would agree to film in it you still would be obligated to have permission of each individual employee as long as you make them main subject of video.

@@MichelePonte If he would like to scam you he would ask for more $ for filming. It looks like he had 0 problem with you filming and he was surprised this girl had issue with it. The lesson should be that it is not enough to ask boss or supervisor but also a person you would like to film in such establishments.
You forgot the lesson for the girl… and that the video has cuts, and that I was there from the beginning and that she was fully aware.
But anyway, next time I’ll try to publish stuff like that with almost no edits
