Joey Jordison and the Early Days of Slipknot

- Iowa wasn't exactly the most exciting place to be. And yet, the state would produce arguably the most scintillating band of a generation. The root of the band was the smallest guy in the band - Joey Jordison.
He, much like every other member in this band, had adversity to overcome but because of their environment rose to the challenges and far surpassed everyone's expectations. Even his own.
His recent passing has saddened everyone but thanks to Jason Arnopp's biography of the band as well as MFRK1 catalog of media, we can combine both (albeit succinctly) to retell the famous story of Slipknot.
Rest in peace Joey.

As long as they repented and prayed for forgiveness and trusted in Jesus Christ. If not they are all alone in the darkness of darkness forever and ever being tormented for the lives they led . I pray for their souls .

I just feel like slipknot never had the right to fire him joey was a creator and a major part of all the original ideas and the music he was the one of the main writers i think it's fucked up that he had no power in the business end of knot only clown and Cory have any real power in the band long live Joey's memory the best knot was Joey's knot

….ViVa Joey (R.I.P.) for ever , to me Slipknot did dirty (after Paul (R.I.P.) passed away) to Joey , he don’t deserve this at all , how they kick him out & never gave him a second chance being the main founder Nr.1 of Slip , it’s now a business machine and not a band anymore , Clown being his best friend (as he always said) must live with it , like the rest of it , what they did to Joey , they never did a tribute tour when he passed away , like they did with Paul , i don’t follow Slipknot anymore after what they did with Joey , F..KEM ! ….if you have any doubt’s , contact and ask the Joey family …. what they think about it !

Captivating doc!! some of the info even correpsonded with Corey Taylors book - "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Heaven" which just made this all feel more credabile! Lots of rare and unseen footage, and super in depth summary. Thank you so much! I jus saw Slipknot **April 17th 2022** and was looking for something to watch.
