I thought that one of the thing was going to be the "Oni-chan" meme.
You know, the one where the character called her brother "aniki" instead of Oni-chan, and he does NOT like it. Plus, it ends with the sibling usually telling the oldest he is disguting, so I can see, Reaper the Brother complex dying and crying in a corner from it. (Most likely, Cross would have been the one asking Ink to ask out like that. So, when Ink learn the truth later, I guess Cross is kinda dead. And Reaper will get hugs and comfort)
How the fuck is he gonna get hugs if anything that touches him dies instantly!?!?
In the oreo brother trope, Ink at the very least is pretty much always immortal, as a result, he can touch Death as if he was just a normal person. (pretty sure this is what play a part in Reaper being more than half of the time protective of Ink.)
And, there are some (rare) characters that can touch Reaper. Gin Sans for instance could (though, admitedely, Gin had already died twice, so this is no surprise you would need more than a handshake with Death at that point)
