Thanks Paul!! We're glad you enjoyed the ride and journey! Gotta love those small towns along the 2Lanes and the history that goes along with them. Thanks for watching! 👍
Another fantastic episode, filled with great scenery! Maine is beautiful! You guys sure know how to have fun, but even more impressive than that is your willingness to share your experiences with such enthusiasm! You both have a knack for creating vibrant videos! Keep 'em coming and thank you!
Thanks for visiting up here in Maine and show casing our beautiful state. We have lots of fantastic riding and beautiful scenery here. Rt 3 is my daily commute and swings right by the homestead. The Penobscot Narrows Bridge that you went over has elevators in the towers that you can go up to the top for a nice view. Fort Knox sits to the left of the bridge and once guarded the entrance to the narrows. If you enjoyed the light houses and ever make it back to Maine, there is a lighthouse run that takes you up the coast to roughly ten light houses. Western Maine in to New Hampshire's White Mountains is also fantastic riding with incredible views. Another wonderful episode! Thanks for showing us America on 2 wheels.
I was playing RUclips roulette yesterday and discovered your trip to Alberta! They were most excellent videos, you caught the Rockies at their most magnificent!!!! I see you're doing it again in Maine - my technicolor dream trip. My mother was born in Newport Vt., so the call of America's Northeast is very real - so is my passion for lobster! LOL! You sing the praises and glory that is America, please allow me to sing my praises as well. America is, and I pray, continues to be the best friend Canada ever had!!!! Thanks for posting!!!! John Shaw Calgary Ab.
Health problems prevent me from riding long so I am living vicariously through you guys. I really appreciate your videos. And I thank your cameraman too for giving us such nice views of the country. Stay safe and God Bless.
Hopefully you can still get out on some shorter rides here and there. We're always happy to hear that, Ed! Thanks so much for the support! Stay safe, stay inspired..
Guys.....You set the bar so high but every week you crush it. Love you Gaylin and Lance, you guys are amazing but I know you guys know how awesome Josh is. Seeing you guys ride, watching and listening to you narrate on each video is like watching a full on TV show. I'm proud to say we ride, but viewing your videos is truly like being a part of them, the filming, editing and you guys being so down to earth makes it so entertaining. Don't ever change!!
Thanks Darren & Jenny!!! We're incredibly grateful for the support from each and every one of you 2Laners out there! We always have an amazing time capturing these rides, and seeing the final product once it's all cooked up in Josh's lab makes it all worth it! He started making videos for the sole purpose of being able to look back and remember trips, and we started this channel for the same reason, as well as to share these amazing experiences with the world! We may or may not be in the works of something having to do with TV, so stay tuned!! We'll keep doin' our thing and you keep doin' yours! Thanks for the inspiration! Ride safe, and we'll see ya down the road.. 🤘🦅
I've been following you guys for almost a year now. Every video makes me fall in love with this magnificent country of ours all over again, and inspires me to follow in your tread marks! I got my future wife on the back of my 2015 street glide special on a few short trips and we watch your videos together to plan longer, more epic trips. Hopefully, we will run into you guys on the road some day. God bless, be safe, and keep doing what you do!! USA!...USA!...USA!!!
What's up Steven!! Thanks a ton for your support and the kind words. We're glad you're diggin' the videos and are super stoked to hear that you and the future wifey are getting out on the road AND watching our vids together. Awesome! We'll be keeping an ear out for when you get out on a long trip. Let us know how it goes! Ride safe, and we'll see ya down the road🤘🇺🇸 🦅
@2LaneLife This is the type of content that drew me to your channel! Love it, love the history and the scenery is breathtaking! Continue to shake hands with America!
What a Motivation you are!! Your videos utterly changed my view on deliverance!! I bought a Roadster and boy...what a change of attitude towards life!!! Thanks and greetings from Spain!
Maine is a beautiful and scenic state. Thanks for the ride and history lesson - I need to go back and find episode 1 of this series. Love that Snake Venom paint.
It sure is! We had a blast exploring the East Coast for the week, and Maine was the cherry on top at the end of the trip for sure! Episode 1 is a fun one too! Thanks for watching!
Great video, the East Coast is so beautiful, I grew up there and haven't been to some of the places you visited, love when you explain some of the history of the places you visit. Can't wait for your next Video!!
Thanks for watching, Rob! Glad you enjoyed the travels and new sights. There's so many hidden gems out on the east coast, and we can't wait to get back and do some more exploring. Always something new to see! Plenty more videos where that came from, thanks for the support!
Loving all of it guys (and ladies) Hope you're enjoying putting this out as much as we are watching. LOTS of history in that neck of the woods too, between the early years of the US, the revolution, into the War of 1812 too. Thanks again
Another amazing episode! Just love watching your adventures. Been up there (sadly not on 2 wheels) and found Maine amazing. The bridge you went over actually has an observation tower on top with terrific views. Bar Harbor was our favorite spot. Next time you have to get to Acadia National Park. Thanks guys and gals for all you do for our community. 2Lane!
I love it when you tell a thing or two about the history of the places you’re passing through! I just went to Saint Augustine, FL for New Years, and it’s just amazing. Not sure if you’ve been there, if not, throw it in your bucket list, you’ll love it! Like always, great video! See you down the road!
Thanks for sharing with all of us! Another amazing video we enjoyed watching. Living in Germany but loving the US more and more! What a wonderful country! It feels like being on the road with you and exploring all the beauty of the country. Looking forward to another epic episode to watch! Stay & ride safe! See ya down the road!
Thanks for watching, and following along on the travels!! We're glad you're digging the videos. We started this whole thing to inspire others to get out and explore the country, no matter what county they may be in, and at the same time share our love for ours! Always a good time.. Thanks for the support, we've got plenty more headed your way! See ya down the road..
This is the video I was waiting for an once again Excellent, on the 2lanes is the way we like to travel, no hurry, how right you are about America, you can pic a state an go forever an never see it all,but you can try, we are going to try an go to Maine maybe this summer,I want to get a set of Legends on the back of our HD, thanks again you guys are great too watch an I really enjoy the infoe, Be safe out there an Enjoy Merry Christmas to all of You
Thanks Gene. We have seen a lot of this country and have so much more to see. We appreciate that you enjoyed! We can help you at 2LaneLife.com and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Love this video. Originally from up there in Maine but have been here in Virginia since in mid 90's. Wish I could go visit more than I do. Thanks for taking us all around the country with you. I check every day to see if you've posted a new video.
We had a blast out there! Maine had some incredible views and we hope to make it back out there sometime down the road to do some more exploring. Thanks for tuning in, Dale👍
Just found you guys. When I saw you were riding in my neighborhood in New England (I'm from northern NH) so I had to check you out. Nice videos and looking forward to watching some of your older ones. I'm very surprised you go up to Belfast and don't keep going to Bar Harbor! The #1 reason to go to Maine is to go to Bar Harbor and ride Acadia National Park. If you haven't been there you haven't been to Maine. Still you didn't disappoint with your take on our area and the places you stopped. Fun stuff. Why is it I'm always hungry after watching an episode???? LMAO
Glad to hear it, Bruce!! Thanks for checking out the channel. We had planned to see Quoddy Head, and were on a time limit, but we saw so many awesome places throughout main, now we have tons of things to go back and see, including Bar Harbor and Acadia. See ya on the next one! 👍
@@2LaneLife I made my comment before I finish the video and saw you went up to MA-CHI-US (Machias). Still laughing at your pronunciation. Sorry. It is a tough one to get down how to say it. I understand the time limit. Having ridden all over this country myself you do have to make difficult decisions sometimes as this is a big country. I never knew that lighthouse had that marker being "the most eastern point in the US". We always accepted the claim by the town of East Port as being the most eastern point. After peeking at the map a little closer Quoddy looks more east. I'll have to check that out. Very interesting. I admit we take our surroundings for granted as we see them every day, then folks like yourself come and educate us because you do some research. The house I live in was built in 1840. So old houses are every day for us. You are now one of my top channels for sure. I'll have to tell my riding buddies some of whom are from Maine.
Great video as always guys. My only disappointment is that I wasn’t able to hook up with you guys once you got to Lubec as I live 40 minutes away from there. I had to laugh out loud when I heard you pronounce Machias lol. I am in food sales and you were at one of my accounts Helens in Machias I tagged them and forwarded this video to them. Keep up the great work guys you guys are awesome
Thanks for coming along for the journey, John! We'll be back out there again down the road. This trip, we were running a pretty tight schedule, so it would have been tough to make it off course, but always a good time meeting new friends along the way 👍
Hey guys great video had a chance to do a ride up there a few years ago when a group of us went to laconia for the rally New Hampshire and Vermont has many beautiful roads to ride Maine was cool seeing the coast and the light house Mt Washington was a good ride but very intensed you guys are so blessed to do what you do and see all the great places in this country keep the video,s coming and keep it safe
Love your show my dudes! Because of watching your show my brother and I are planning a 10 day trip to Moab, 4-corners, monument valley and the million dollar highway. This should be a trip for the ages with a brother I don’t get to spend much time with. I appreciate the inspiration!
One of the best vids from you guys that I’ve seen! The roads, bikes and scenery footage was awesome, the music was super cool, and the cuts and flow of the editing blended it all together perfectly. I am so glad that you are all getting to have these wonderful experiences in your lives, you deserve it. Thanks so much for the ongoing entertainment and inspiration! I hope that you all have a great Xmas. Love from Australia! ✌️🤙🇦🇺
Thank you as always for your continued support and inspiration! It's an incredible feeling knowing new and old friends from all over the world are enjoying the content we put to much effort in to produce. It's the positive comments like these that keep us going, and it just goes to show how rad the motorcycle community is! Have a great Christmas, we'll see ya on the next one! ✌️🤙🇦🇺🇺🇸🦅
I’m from Egypt and if I want to visit USA before- now you make me want to visit it more just to ride a little bit of your roads - I’m really enjoying watching you guys and hope to see you down the road 😉✌️🤙
There sure is a lot of things to see here all over the USA! Thanks for watching the video. We're glad we could share some of our favorite places with you! Ride safe👍
Hello friends, its good that wednesday has arrived, to enjoy your routes and stories that we see in your videos...A big hug from Chile to all the biker brothers...And see you on the road ...Take care and always good routes!!!...🇨🇱✌🇺🇸💯 motorcycle...Yeah..🔥🔥🔥
I’m loving this guys! Your style is so natural, it’s like you’re just out there doing what you do and just decided to take us along with you………..where next…………..I’d like to see Montana! PB in the UK.
Thanks Paul. We just try to keep it real. Looks at the Yellowstone Series and you’ll see some Montana if fact you’ll see Yellowstone National Park too!
Hello from coastal Maine. Just found you on YT today. Immediately noted the snake venom RG. My bikes a RGS snake venom. Glad you e noted the rids. Definately come back for a foliage ride.
Hey Nicole! Thanks for watching! Those were great bikes. We got some loaners from Harley for that trip. That snake venom was something unique! Welcome to the 2Lane family!
Great Vlog!! Thanks, I’m in the central Fingerlakes on Seneca Lake, a lot a of great history hear. You guys & gals would really enjoy it hear. ✌🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
That's what we like to hear! Lots went into the making of this one, and we loved the finished product just as much as we did capturing it! Thanks for watching, Chase 👍
Wow! Some of the best rolling footage Iv ever seen, Y’all are making Harley commercials every Wednesday! The music had me foot tappin as Well! See y’all in August!
Awesome!! Thanks for the kind words and we see you out there testing those bars out! Going to be time to put the bike up soon so get the miles while you can. See you in August.
Hi guys, top drop as usual, the ride is so like riding in the UK , even down to the weather, nothing stops the drive of you guys to go and see different places so interesting to follow you on a good map top job thank you 👍
Awesome video guys we been down many of the same roads you were on love it up there ride safe boys we have about 5 of us heading up in July next year can't wait
Thanks again for another amazing series! I love seeing you guys get the chance to visit my old stomping grounds in New England. I live in Ohio now but I'm looking forward to visiting New Hampshire next summer. If you guys get a chance, the Carolina coast and Outer Banks is neat and scenic. Maybe you can visit the southern most point in Florida next??
Great video guys. Next time come on over the Canadian border to the Maritime Provinces, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We have lots of lighthouses, great restaurants, beautiful scenery and great people. Come on down and shake hands with your Canadian neighbors. We would love to have you.
I greatly enjoy your videos and the places you visit. I have been all across the country on my bike and it was wonderful to see them again through your videos. I just wish as responsible riders you would demonstrate proper riding skills and use a staggered riding formation. At least that is what I learned in my riding classes…Thanks.
Hey there Jim, thanks for watching! We're glad you'r enjoying the vids and travels. The 2 of us have been riding together for 10+ years and are very comfortable with different riding formations whether staggered or parallel, and know each other's riding body language to a T. On densely populated roads and or high speeds, we ride staggered, but with proper communication, we feel just as safe in various formations. Thanks for looking out
Hi guys I found your channel in RUclips by mistake but so glad we found u, my husband and me we love riding our bike 🏍 her in UK, we would love to be able to do the ride that I guys do but unfortunately uk is not big enough but hopefully next year we would be able to come to USA to do route 66,love your channel just subcribed looking forward to your new adventure xxx
Awesome!! Welcome to the 2Lane family, guys!! Hopefully everything opens up so you guys can get across the pond and do some exploring over here. We'd love to make our way out there as well! Route 66 is an awesome experience, and there's tons of history along the way. After the current series, we have a Route 66 Documentary series coming out which will cover a few towns in depth along with some interesting stories and history from locals. See you there! Thanks for the support!🤘
@@2LaneLife thank u for your reply, we would love to have u all here in UK ,unfortunately we don't have your weather as here is always cold and rainy but uk is beautiful so i m sure you will love the ride ,we would love to meet u guys on day ,me and my hubby we love riding our bike as at the moment this is the only enjoyment we get after a hard day at work as we both working for the hospital here in UK please keep uploading vlogs and I will recommend your channel to our freinds sending u all the best wishes from the cold Uk xxx
@@Nina-wx6hx Of course! A little gloom and rain never stopped us from exploring the roads ahead. We look forward to doing some riding out there and meeting new friends. When trips aren't in the books, the ride to and from work is sometimes the next best thing. A great way to unwind and blow off some steam after a long day. Thanks for your hard work in the hospital! We appreciate the support! See ya down the road..
Thanks for watching, Highwayman!! We're glad you enjoyed the ride. We'll definitely be back to do some more exploring on the East Coast again. See ya down the road 🇩🇪🤘🇺🇸
Definitely some great riding in Maine, and we were only there for a few days. Looking forward to making our way back out to the East Coast for some more exploring. Thanks for watching!!
Awesome! We loved it through there and will definitely have to make it back there again some day. We got pretty lucky with weather and some some incredible scenery. Thanks for watching, Matt 🙌
Well done guys! If you get back to the area you should hit Bar Harbor (book hotel months in advance). Also, if you have a passport, go just past were you were in into Campobello Island.
Thank you so much for that informative series. In July, flying into Connecticut from the left coast, renting a motor, heading up to Niagra Falls, then over to Boston, then into Maine. Do you have the routes you took from the Falls east towards Boston?
Which fairing do you guys recommend for wind blockage? The shark nose or the batwing? I really like the looks of the road glide but I feel living in the northeast it my not provide the best cold wind protection compared to the street glide
I'm a lighthouse nut! So here's a little information on lighthouses there is only one lighthouse in the United States that's still maned.. a family still lives in an operates and its in Maine. There are currently 700 lighthouses still in operation in the United States and I'm fixing to ride to all of then starting March 20th 2023! See you! Down the road!
Bonjour les Amis, Vivement la suite des aventures, j'adore regarder les nouveaux films le matin tôt quand je suis bien tranquille je voyage avec vous et avec la folle envie de partir sur vos traces. See you down the road
Merci, Claude ! Nous aimons toujours entendre que vous appréciez les aventures de la route ouverte. Merci de regarder la vidéo. Toujours bon d'avoir de vos nouvelles. See you down the road 👍
Can't wait to get off the East Coast and start heading west. I wish i knew you were in the area. C U down the road. You should have stopped at the Maine Beer Co and had a glass off "Lunch", best IPA ever.
There's some great places to see on both coasts, but it's always nice exploring new areas for sure. Looks like we've got a good reason to go back there! 🍻
Awesome content, plus the production quality is so good these days! Come up to Washington state sometime and go to the northwest corner of the contiguous USA! I’d love to tag along, I’m in Tacoma.
Wow .... that was THE MOST beautiful ride you kidz have recorded. LUV those small towns and ya'alls tidbits of history!!! THANKS for sharing !

Thanks for coming along for the journey, John! We'll be back out there again down the road. This trip, we were running a pretty tight schedule, so it would have been tough to make it off course, but always a good time meeting new friends along the way 👍

Hey Colin!
So sick seeing everyone up in Maine. I also have to admit it was fun listening to you guys try and pronounce all the weird names of our towns lol
Thanks Liam!! We got the names right 100% of the time, 50% of the time😂
Thanks again for another amazing series!
The last drop of the series hits next week! Gonna be great! And maybe we should do the most South East point! 👍👍
Great video guys. Next time come on over the Canadian border to the Maritime Provinces, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We have lots of lighthouses, great
restaurants, beautiful scenery and great people. Come on down and shake hands with your
Canadian neighbors. We would love to have you.
Thanks Melvin. We’ll have to try that one day!!!👍👍
Great ride. To bad that you didn’t get to stop at the narrows bridge and see Fort Knox. So much history down east.
Thanks Paul, we’ll be back!
Superbes routes , encore une belle vidéo Pascal from belgium ✌️💯
Merci d'avoir regardé Pascal ! C'était un bon moment sur deux roues👍
Thanks for looking out
Thank you so much! inspiring informative!
You got it Rodney!
You guys keep knocking it out of the park. Great video's.
Thanks Mike!!🤘🤘👍👍
The views you show are awesome and you‘re comments are always good.

Great to see the east coast, now time to come ride the Georgia Tennessee Mtns, The Great Smoky Mtns!!!!
We will try and do that in the Spring or fall next year.
I don't care being in maine for the winter but we have some good riding areas as well as new Hampshire and Vermont.

Your channel always makes me hungry, lol.
Us too!!😂😂🤘🤘
Well done guys! If you get back to the area you should hit Bar Harbor (book hotel months in advance). Also, if you have a passport, go just past were you were in into Campobello Island.
Thanks for the info Robert.
Thank you so much for that informative series. In July, flying into Connecticut from the left coast, renting a motor, heading up to Niagra Falls, then over to Boston, then into Maine. Do you have the routes you took from the Falls east towards Boston?
We list the highway signs in the vlogs. You can reach out to us if you want to chat. 2LaneLife.com has our contact info.
Bangor, Belfast… feels like my home Northern Ireland!
Oh yea!! Lots of cool history back there that relates to Ireland!
A anther great video! You may know, but US 1 that you were on, Is the longest highway in the U.S. From northern Maine, south to Key West, Florida.
Yes Sir! We'd love to explore the whole highway one day! Thanks for watching, Daniel 🙌
Nothing beats breakfast in Maine 😋
Oooh that was some good grub. Such a great time out there🤘
Which fairing do you guys recommend for wind blockage? The shark nose or the batwing? I really like the looks of the road glide but I feel living in the northeast it my not provide the best cold wind protection compared to the street glide
We've each owned a few of both and for long miles, we've come to prefer the wind coverage of the Road Glide over the Street Glide
Great show, and a good history lesson
Thanks 👍👍
I'm a lighthouse nut! So here's a little information on lighthouses there is only one lighthouse in the United States that's still maned.. a family still lives in an operates and its in Maine. There are currently 700 lighthouses still in operation in the United States and I'm fixing to ride to all of then starting March 20th 2023! See you! Down the road!
Thanks for the history Pastor. 👍👍
We need to do that ride! Thanks for appreciating the effort!
corned beef hash made right here on the property,,,wher else would it be made at?
They make it fresh on property, not some pre-made packaged product.
