I definitely agree with finding your new home before putting your home on the market. In NC it is definitely still a seller's market. In NC we are still getting offers well over listing price. We are having no problems with Sellers getting offers the issue is with them finding and getting an offer accepted on a new home.If you are having trouble getting your offer accepted you may want to ask your realtor to look into a program call ribbon. This program turns your offer into a cash offer and thus makes your offer more appealing to sellers.

I’m in the planning stage of my business. I was really torn between S-Corp and Sole proprietorship. I am planning to build but was torn about the business designation bc the general response is that you’ll need 2 years if an entrepreneur. Great tip! Also I knew I needed a CPA but I’ve been dragging my feet.
