I really appreciate your workouts that do not require weights. This is bc I have severe arthritis and cannot do much of those exercises with weights. But, I still want to keep reasonably fit for overall balance and strength. So, thank you.
For this one, I find that if I sit too forward on the seat, it’s kind of hard to sit back up and my back curves (at least for the first exercise) . Should I sit a bit back in the chair?
Yes, sit a little back and see how that feels. Focus on feeling the abdominal muscles engage and work to lift you up and allow you back. Keep me posted on how you are doing and feeling!
