Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

I never understand why most women apologize for not wearing make up.. like your sorry for having a face under there? Your so pretty too, my goodness, if someone as pretty as you has to apologize for not wearing makeup then there’s no hope for the rest of us, is there?

The most frustrating thing is when your child doesn't eat their food but you know they like it! My youngest is nearly 3 and she doesn't eat much at all. Some days she'll eat so much and I think I've found so safe options for her then next time she'll not even try it 🙄 Spend most of meal times saying "just try some, I know you like this one!!"....."no!" 🤨😂 Kids haha
Love hearing about your running!! I was never a runner but a few years back did Couch to 5K and loooved it and soon after was able to do a 10K race. I started from scratch again last year after having my daughter, gave myself 3 months to train for another 10K and very comfortably ran it and got a PB. You can totally do a half marathon in 6 months if you stick with it. It's a very realistic goal. I'm now pregnant again but can't wait to get running again after. It's been so good as a mum to have something that is mine, where I am seeing progress, working toward a goal and feeling a sense of accomplishment. Well done for taking that time for you! xx

Your face when he wouldnt eat the sausage has been my constant face for the last two weeks! After a week from living hell I finally gave up and we had cereal for dinner, sometimes you just have to do it 😂 x

Hi Emily. Just wanted to say I love your channel. It has helped me through PPD and inspired me with my now 18 month old (by the way, he loves watching Jackson!) I just wanted to ask, could you do a video on self care? You are so busy creating an amazing life for your family, I wondered what you do for yourself? It would tie in nicely with Mental Health Awareness week. At the moment, the only self care I get is having a shower without a toddler in the room! It was fab to watch.....my son is 2yrs now....can you make some videos on how to prepare toddler for school...he is not that social and a bit shy...i take him to playgroups once a week. What else can i do?
Aww we got the butterfly kit too, it's so amazing, we released ours last weekend and my 2 year old and 6 year old girls absolutely love it xxx

Get 2 or 3. I had a baby less than 3 months ago, and I still have 12lbs to lose. 😅 you’re doing great. Keep it up!

Indeed, boys are something else. They are running around like crazy, never worn out, always active. I am a mom of a 4-year-old boy.
