I have already done all and still doesnt acelerate. I dont know what im doing bad and aftersale doesnt answer :/. I conect the scooter with the app, although bluetooth still request a pin, that i dont have, to pair, but all semms ok (lights on, app conected to my android phone...) but i cant acelerate... Any idea? Thank you so much.
Hello you have to turn on the scooter, when you see the lines, you have to place the key on the word "RAPIDO" under the display for a few seconds, until the display is activated with the odometer. When it is turned on in this way, you can start. The app connects itself to the scooter's bluetooth without a PIN request (you don't have to connect it through the mobile menu). The application does not connect in Pedestrian mode. The application connects in ECO, NORMAL and SPORT+ modes
And make a little move forward on the step and than use the throttle

@@albardellafotografia5771 thanks for the answer ,I asked them at their instagram about this 2 weeks ago and they respond me to send them the order number with my email so give me instructions,from what I see from other videos maybe finally won’t give these instructions,did you try to e mail them ?
For the problems I had, I phoned them. And they solved the problem.
I don't know if they can give you the instructions to unlock speed via telephonephone.
You have to look for local hackers, people that work with electric mobility, the xiaomi scooters is the same and people by programing it they unlock the speed. Its not something you can do with out reprograming

Hi there received our scooter today, was a headache to finishing assembling it… now I can’t find where is “sensing area” for the Key! How to start it? Please help

Hi Valeria, it is really difficult to assemble the scooter. To activate it, you have to place the key on the word "Rapido" under the display for about 5 seconds. To do every time it turns on.

Ordinato a Novembre se non ricordo male, c'era la spedizione Express per averlo prima di Natale o quella standard con consegna fine gennaio, inizio febbraio. Ci è arrivato il giorno prima della pubblicazione del video

Capisco il ritardo per il prodotto magari causa crisi delle materie prime ma una risposta non ha bisogno di materie prime hahahahah
Ahahhaha io ho avuto un problema e li ho chiamati perché alle mail non rispondono. Alla chiamata hanno risposto subito invece e mi hanno risolto tutto. Se hai pagato con PayPal comunque puoi chiedere il rimborso e vedrai che ti rispondono 😂
I just don't like the speed under power it's beautiful to look at looks like a Ironman. I will buy if the speed improves. Needs more power other wise I'm not buying it!
