Hello, I have a problem, I received my first order and when I go to Zendrop to check the orders I get an error and the error says "A product within your order is not shippable to this country" and I live in Spain and it won't let me send you the customer's order, what do I do? Thank you!!
We have the products already in our warehouse and are listed within our app at the cost of goods. Your profit depends on how much you charge your customers for the product. You want to sell products with high-perceived value so that you can charge the most. We recommend selling your products for 2.5x your cost of goods.
I am a bit confused on what happens when the customer wants a refund and where they return the product. What do I put as the return address and how do I refund the customer?
You would have to contact our support team (support@zendrop.com) so they can assist you with the return process. Usually we ask you if you want the money back and keep the product or if you want a replacement for it 🙂
You mention the tracking number is returned to your store, what does that mean exactly? I presume the tracking number is not automatically send to customers?
The tracking number is automatically returned to Zendrop by the supplier which is automatically sent to your Store. From there depending on the settings you have on your store the tracking number can be sent to your customer automatically or not depending if you want your customer to be notified when the order has been shipped. We simple pass the tracking number to your store and from there it’s up to you 🙂
Shipping times are a bit disappointing. I paid and requested fulfillment of a few products on 22 May. The shipping labels were created on 27 may and the item still has not shipped as of 28 May.

Hey there, Great question! To fulfill the order you can use any of the payment methods easier to you. However, please note that the fulfilment of the order in Zendrop means paying for the cost of the order and letting us package and send over the order to your customer.
When fulfilling an order at Zendrop, do I have to put a custom note like *"I'm dropshipping. Please DO NOT put any invoices, QR codes, promotions or your brand name logo in the shipments. Thank you!"* or does the Supplier know you're dropshipping? Silly question but I don't want any invoices, promos that reveals you're dropshipping. Also if we use Stripe as a Payment Gateway and wait about 2 days after customer's payment to clear (Payments from Stripe usually takes 2 business days to clear) that actually means we can buy/order the product on Zendrop with the customers money? Am I right? P.S. I don't want to use Paypal as a Payment Gateway, they usually block your account for 180 days if you rapidly make many sales and put your money on hold. Plus PayPal's dispute resolution sucks!
1. No need to put any notes. Our suppliers knows to not put any invoices etc… within the package. Our team in China will always control and check that no marketing is added as well as product quality check 🙂 2. I am not sure regarding the stripe payment gateway, if you have auto fulfillment or daily fulfillment turned On we will only fulfill your orders if the order has been marked as Paid on your Shopify store. If it has not been marked as Paid you can still manually fulfill your order if needed.
You need a CC on file to cover the fulfillment cost for each order. The funds you receive from your customer once the order is placed will be more that the fulfillment cost (which is essentially the basic cost of goods + shipping)
So wait I have a question, my store is connected to you right and does that mean you guys have my products?? And also when you say auto-fulfillment does that mean that you guys do packaging and all that and send to my customer without me seeing the product???
Once you connect your Shopify store to Zendrop we will sync your products but you will need to link them to Zendrop so that Zendrop will know which product to ship to your customers once you received an order for them 🙂

No need to 🙂 We will automatically return the tracking number back to your store which will automatically notify your customer via email that their order has been shipped with the tracking number attached to the email. (Please make sure you have notifications enabled on your store so that your customers will receive these notifications)

When importing products form AliExpress, we are only capturing the product information and images so we can source the product directly to the factory. We do not work with any AliExpress sellers. Once we order the product from the factory and ship it to your client, it usually takes 14-17 days 🙂
Every time. Unless you do high volume then we would order in bulk at our warehouse which we will be able to provide you a discount based on volume but also ship your product quicker since we will have them at our warehouse 🙂

We dont take a cut of your sales. This is private and only you have access to this. Only when you fulfill the order on Zendrop we would pay the supplier that amount you just fulfilled 🙂
You’ll have to fulfill your orders with your credit card 🙂. The credit icon allow users to add order credit to their account using PayPal or PIX payments
As soon as you receive a sale, the order will automatically show on your Zendrop orders page, I would highly recommend that you fulfill your order as soon as possible by turning auto fulfillment on so that your order is fulfilled as soon as possible so that your customer gets their product as soon as possible as well 🙂
I have been double charged on a fulfillment. Then i cancelled the order on zendrop. i was refunded only one times so i only got half i was charged back. Is the order still fulfilled or not? will my customer recieve the product?

Manual fulfillment means that you will have to manually fulfill each order so you will be charged for each of them. If you use bulk fulfillment or daily fulfillment you will be charged once for all your orders 🙂

It is the credit card that you add on your Zendrop account. Your customer already paid you for the product and shipping, it is now your turn to fulfill their order on Zendrop using your own credit card 🙂. Alternatively you can top up your Zendrop account using PayPal as well.

If you cancel your order on your store you will have to cancel it on Zendrop as well if you have fulfilled it on Zendrop (You have paid for your order on Zendrop). If you have canceled the order on your store and haven’t fulfilled it on Zendrop it will automatically be canceled on Zendrop as well 🙂

If you have notifications enabled on your store it will notify your customer once the tracking number has been provided on your order. Once you fulfill an order on Zendrop your credit card will be charged for it. The product on your store charged your customer’s credit card 🙂

Hello, I want to understand how do shipping costs work when it comes to dropshipping I have a product that costs $8…according to zendrop the shipping cost is around $14 which makes it go up to $22 I marked my product up to $35 Will I have to deal with an extra shipping cost in the USA or does Zendrop already deal with the shipping costs and paying the Shipping Services in the USA such as UPS?
The final total cost is what you will have to pay and that’s all 🙂. There is no extra cost to get the product delivered to your customer. We handle the rest ❤️

To fulfill your order on Zendrop you would need to have a Credit Card added to your account or you can also top up your account using your PayPal balance 🙂

We dont take a cut of your sales. This is private and only you have access to this. Only when you fulfill the order on Zendrop we would pay the supplier that amount you just fulfilled 🙂

You’ll have to fulfill your orders with your credit card 🙂. The credit icon allow users to add order credit to their account using PayPal or PIX payments

As soon as you receive a sale, the order will automatically show on your Zendrop orders page, I would highly recommend that you fulfill your order as soon as possible by turning auto fulfillment on so that your order is fulfilled as soon as possible so that your customer gets their product as soon as possible as well 🙂

I have been double charged on a fulfillment. Then i cancelled the order on zendrop. i was refunded only one times so i only got half i was charged back. Is the order still fulfilled or not? will my customer recieve the product?

If I start out with manual fulfillment and do it daily all at once, will I get one charge like the auto daily fulfillment, or will it be a separate charge per order just as if I fulfilled them as they came in throughout the day?
Manual fulfillment means that you will have to manually fulfill each order so you will be charged for each of them. If you use bulk fulfillment or daily fulfillment you will be charged once for all your orders 🙂

It is the credit card that you add on your Zendrop account.
Your customer already paid you for the product and shipping, it is now your turn to fulfill their order on Zendrop using your own credit card 🙂. Alternatively you can top up your Zendrop account using PayPal as well.

That’s correct. Your customer pays you, you then have to fulfill your order on Zendrop 🙂
So how does the supplier know where the customer is? How does the supplier know the address of the customer?
We collect the shipping address from the order and pass it to the Supplier automatically 🙂

Does cancelling an order automatically refund my customer? I’m new to drop shipping and a bit confused about that.
If you cancel your order on your store you will have to cancel it on Zendrop as well if you have fulfilled it on Zendrop (You have paid for your order on Zendrop). If you have canceled the order on your store and haven’t fulfilled it on Zendrop it will automatically be canceled on Zendrop as well 🙂

At the moment it won’t. You will have to manually cancel the order on Zendrop

If you have notifications enabled on your store it will notify your customer once the tracking number has been provided on your order. Once you fulfill an order on Zendrop your credit card will be charged for it. The product on your store charged your customer’s credit card 🙂

Hello, I want to understand how do shipping costs work when it comes to dropshipping
I have a product that costs $8…according to zendrop the shipping cost is around $14 which makes it go up to $22 I marked my product up to $35
Will I have to deal with an extra shipping cost in the USA or does Zendrop already deal with the shipping costs and paying the Shipping Services in the USA such as UPS?
The final total cost is what you will have to pay and that’s all 🙂. There is no extra cost to get the product delivered to your customer. We handle the rest ❤️

We will have different pricing for each country. You can see the different shipping cost on the product page. We will also ship the product directly to your customer’s country
Hi, I was charged twice for two different plans and I submitted a request to have it solved but no one has responded and on your plan it says 24/7 support but no one has gotten back to me yet. To fulfill your order on Zendrop you would need to have a Credit Card added to your account or you can also top up your account using your PayPal balance 🙂
