I'm going through a divorce and struggling with co-parenting. Your video gave me hope. I appreciate your tips on communication and conflict resolution. I'm going to try to use them in my own relationship.

Mas lalo kitang hinangaan Michelle hindi lng bilang artista kundi bilang babae at bilang ina. Matatag at malawak ang pag iisip, kc karamihang babaeng hiwalay sa asawa talagang nilalayo nila yung bata doon sa tatay kaya yung batang lumaki na hindi man lng nakikilala or wala silang memories sa tatay nila habang lumalaki nagkakaroon sila ng maraming katanongan sa sarili nila nakakaawa din.

thank you Mitch you are so absolutely right! At the end of the day it's all about the kids and their well being. Also because you want to teach Anika hie to be stong and not resent you if you would've stayed with Troy and she all the argueing and fighting. I saw my parents do nothing but fight and to tell you the truth i'm 52 and they still argue and fight at their age of 75-76 and most of the time they will pull me into it. They use me as a bridge. I resent my mom because she put up with my dad. As a mom you have to teach your daughter how to be strong. Never settle for less. I think it's also a mindset that many women esp older cultures think it's best to stay together for the sake of family unity and to me you do more damage to your children letting them see the toxicity and you give them trauma. Some women stay because they think they can change a man or that he's gonna change most don't actually we create bigger monsters by doing that. I'm so proud of you na at least wala ka nang sakit nang ulo. Anikas young and she needs you. Mga lalaki their a dime a dozen. I've been there before but I never depends to my x, I'm very strong independent woman and for over 23 year's I don't need man. Extra nalang Yun may magbigay for me and I can stand with my own feet and not needed anyone else for men..

The hardest part for the kid in that situation is they'll have a realization that it is okay to break a home if you are no longer happy. It is okay not to work things out with your partner, and that it is okay to give your child a broken family because she will refer back to her own roots na sasabihin nyang ako nga at ang parents ko ganon ang set up namin and nakaya naman and here I am. Sad reality.
Your comment is very insensitive. You're jumping into conclusion agad na ganun na ang maiisip nung bata? Can you see in her future ba? They tried their hardest to fix their relationship. Its much MORE TOXIC if they stayed together knowing that its not good for their mental health. I grew up with divorced parents and I turned out just fine and I thank god nag divorce parents ko because they are toxic to each other and kmi mga anak ang affected.

Broken family is okay as long as it is not because of infidelity. As long as it is a sole solution to toxic relationship that affects kids in a way that nagsisigawan na kayo or nakikita kayong di na nagpapansinan, and tried hard to fix yet it always turned out to be toxic... mas okey nang broken kayo, hiwalay, pero nagkakasundo sa parenting, kaysa buo kayo, pero natitingala nang anak ninyo yung pagiging toxic ng relationship ninyo. Thanks God, buo ang family ko, and their relationship was good till namatay sila. but growing up, and seeing some other families from relatives na nagbubugbugan, I'll never lay my hand on my wife, sabi ko nga sa asawa ko, if aabot tayo sa physicalan, then count it as divorce, let split our ways, but I'll never let my hands lay on her, I will always count the goodness in her so long that she loves me enough. Our relationship is not perfect, ilang beses na kami nagplan maghiwalay, pero we always end up crying and asking forgiveness from each other, understanding partner's weakness plays a big role in maintaining relationships. nag-sasagutan kmi sa chat kahit iisang bahay lng kmi, para di marinig ng mga anak nmin, and para pwede nmin ireview ang mga sasabihin nmin, and para mareview nmin after nmin magburst ng emotions sa isat isa, and para pag di pa nabasa ni mrs mga emotional message ko at hinanakit, and narealize ko na it will just hurt her and di rin makakatulong, pwede ko pa iunsend. ganun din sya, sya nman, sa instagram ko nagmemessage, dahil alam nyang once in a blue moon lng aq nagoopen ng message doon.
