I Remember being here around 30 years ago . In fact, I bumped into Malcolm F and we had a coffee. I found a very nice m42 late Runes single decal SS helmet in an old antique shop. It was just in the corner with dust on it. You know that find when your heart misses a beat. Anyhow it was extremely cheap as the shop owner wasn't into militaria. I still have it :-)

you're right, there's still a lot of shrapnel in that forest. But you did find an old ox shoe. We find them regularly. Greetings, D.RaD relic hunter.
