Gorgeous area Nathan. I can understand how one can miss the green lanes or tree's. I would of never seen this area without your resilience to initiate an adventure. Looking forward to your next Trek. Stay Safe!
Great video moment from your travels, thanks for sharing, it is truly a special country. I'd love to get back and do the interiour, far better than any beach holiday. Glad to see the weather is still on your side.
Thanks for sharing. Iceland seems heaven for outdoors pursuits. Lucky with that GS that she didn't breath in some water which could have been serious. What a great trip. Seems the dreaded lurgy is taking time to go. All the best.
Funny my family came from Norway to Caithness in the 8/900’s we laughed when grandad said it was lucky they turned left at the Shetland’s or the thorbyorn’s could have ended up in Iceland
We had a wonderful family holiday in Iceland in December and loved every minute of it, but then we are uncomfortable, blowy, windy, wet and wild people 😂
I've got to be honest the old Nordkapp trip holds no appeal to me whatsoever. All that way up just to see a sign and come back down again. But I know people who've done it and loved it. But just not for me.
I love your comment about how wild the interior is, yet the Icelanders have put in facilities to make it accessible and enjoyable. Sanctuary huts are an excellent resource, we stayed in a couple when I was in Iceland many years ago. Did you go back to that metal box one you stayed in on your GS trip ?
I think the thing with the 310 is that they're quite low so are bought by people with shorter legs. Also those 19 inch front wheel aren't the best for rolling over the rocks in the water. But to be fair both riders came back through there no problem so once they'd built a bit of confidence then no problem at all.
Looks wonderful
Nathan, great series that has peaked my interests.
Would you mind giving info on who you shipped your bikes over from Immingham please.
Thanks
Awesome! Glad the 310gs survived that dip in the water. Must have been cold.

I really look forward to these little reports from Iceland, it's not a place I'd ever fancied going to, but you're really selling it.

Dorothy Speed Shop needs an Iceland branch so people can fly in and take off on CT125s.
They haven’t paved paradise and put up a parking lot?
Cheers for the share, Nathan. Reminds me a bit of the Falklands. Definitely 4 seasons in a day kinda territory... safe travels 😊
Oh yeah. Bashing down with rain yesterday!
i so want that kit for the 400x!!!

Really great daily videos. I wonder if you should plan an artic circle tour in the future ? Be a good one riding up from the UK 🇬🇧 👍

I'm still loving the Caballero rally
That's a very cool jacket at 0:55 what is it?
Could be an old caldera you filmed in!
I look forward to your update vids!
Is there a reason the 310s have been falling over other than rider error?

Interesting. Which bikes do you think are suited best to this type of terrain?
Crf, Himalayan, voge, all day long
@@nathanthepostmanTake it from a local, in the right hands KTM 390....
@@arcticbraga322 as the man said before, in the `right hands` almost any dual sport would do this. We are talking less experienced hands here.
I might add the Kove 450 (low seat) to this list.
