I have been facing lot of local resistance while driving my car & at my residence and by the grace of GOD , I have become my own survival story teller through my you tube channel ( / @evidence786 . Following incidents are occurring due to various operating elements, happened in various chapters of my life. Since i am trying to avoid the tackle. tolerance exhibited by me, is considered as weakness and its almost like hunting season for them. Incidents are showcased before various law enforcement authorities

This section states that electronic records are admissible as evidence without needing further proof, if certain conditions are met. The new Act considers electronic records to be primary evidence, while the earlier Act considered them secondary evidence.The Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023 (BSB) replaces the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (IEA). It retains most provisions of the IEA including those on confessions, relevancy of facts, and burden of proof. The IEA provides for two kinds of evidence - documentary and oral.
