Big Bear Eagles, Shadow covers up Eaglets

Shadow is so funny. He is a first time dad and is still learning. When mom is away and Shadow is in charge, you never know what he will do. Today he covered up the Eaglets with grass and seems very content and happy with what he did.

Btw, I saw a bald eagle here in Palmdale on Tuesday, not far from Big Bear.
I worry about my cat when she's prowling outside.
