I believe that youtube was invented for moments like this. If this happened in the seventies all we'd have is folklore and 'i was there' stories maybe even a bootleg or two. At least technology has progressed to the point where people can see this kinda awesomeness!
Still star struck by seeing Bruce Springsteen last night in Hamilton..he is without doubt The BOSS! Not only is he a magnificent performer but a magnanimous spirit and gentleman beyond words...singing/dancing with children of ALL ages...engaging EVERY fan within his reach with a HEART WIDE OPEN with such grace and dignity!!! So incredibly touching to see this highly spiritual man reach out to SO many people with SO much LOVE in his heart!! A divinely spiritual experience!! peaceandloveheidi

I came homeat 1:00 a.m. and watched him on youtube for 3 hours! At the end Z said, "If music were religion, that was HIGH CHURCH!!!" Wish I could go to more concerts!!!
After stating this south side was the first one to do horn sections to the max I rest my case ssj u rule the rthyem section with sounds and vocals so strong amen happy heart week

Agree with Capt Midnight, SSJ is on top of his game, never more so. I've seen him over and over..never better in fact. Just a shame no UK tour dates this year

andrew arthur matthews I was at Southside`s July 3 show in Asbury Park, wow what a show! Looking forward to his new record later this summer. That is the awesome thing about being both a Bruce and SSJ fan, Bruce is fantastic when he is doing something, but he will always be quiet for a couple of years between tours. Then it`s good to have Southside who is always out there, relentlessly playing everywhere.
Between the 2 of them they’ve played thousands of concerts...Bruce should have taken a back seat to Johnny on this performance...after all it is Johnny’s song... but alas Bruce and his ego...
@@thisistheworldtoday True, but I used to be in a punk rock band in the late 70's, believe me, I know what crap vocals sound like - he sounds like me!. ;-) BTW, I'm a big Southside Johnny fan too, and word has it that he's an alcoholic who sometimes doesn't show up for gigs in Asbury Park because he's too fucked up.
Steven Blaustein I’ve been seeing him for years and he always seems hammered... each year he gets worse and lately his voice isn’t so good either but his music is so good
