My favorite singer Luis Miguel was known for wearing this back in the day. It's become one of my go to's entering the fall months and definitely something for the Winter. Great performance with a nostalgic scent. Not for everyone but it's got the character that most colognes lack these days.
I tried The Dreamer again after many years and many reformulations and it's still amazing to me and all my 90s memoryes came back to live.
I will wear this again because it is a beautiful scent and this days with all the ambroxan bomb fragrances, the dreamer will be verry unic.

The Dreamer has it's own unique scent. It's a fragrance that people either really like or don't care for at all. Either way, you won't smell like everyone else. I do like it but don't wear it very often.

I have this one and I really love it, I use it for myself, I think it’s totally unisex scent, very citrusy , lemony and fresh , it’s a great perfume for summer hot days🍋🌞🍊 and I love the bottle too specially the cap/spray

At first I wasn't feeling it because it do reminds me of the 90s. After wearing it for a week, Im starting to loving it. It is unique and I agree with you it will be nice to wear in summer.

The Dreamer is very unique but it all makes sense. Versace clothing isn’t for everyone. It’s bold and it’s very confident. The Dreamer fits that mold. I like this fragrance a lot but if I had to choose a classic Versace fragrance, it would be Versace l’Homme. I believe it came out in 1984 (I was 12 years old then!). It’s very Italian and very macho. It’s a great chypre styled leathery oak moss fragrance. I really like this one above The Dreamer.

I used to wear this one back in 2003. Back then it was Magnificent. It would last up to 16 hours on my skin. Then they completely ruined it through reformulation. It is so weak now that it barley last an hour. They need a brand new EDP or Parfum version of “The Dreamer” like they have done with “Eros”.

Haven't smelled the dreamer, but the fact that you give an approval puts it on my radar. Anytime a beautiful woman recommends a fragrance I have to give it a try. Thanks Erica.
Its very subtle, and definitely not the typical fragrance that i use, but I really like it and this spring ive been using it almost daily
the initial spray smells very old school, if you ever had a vintage Le Male it has a similar very powerful classic masculine slap in the very first seconds as it dries it turns into a more modern twist in a "old school" design.
When I think of The Dreamer, what comes to my mind is a businessman in the 90's - clean, bold, tough yet has its dreams for the future always in a suit, eventually having his own office and smokes cigarettes. After work, he's hanging out with his colleagues and friends at the popular bars and clubs down the financial district for some good drinks to celebrate the day and life.
The batch you have must be a one of the recent, that box design is the latest for many years now... but yeah could be 1-15 years old technically.

Sorry for late reply just saw this. I wear this all year round, it’s pretty versatile. Just go heavier in the fall and winter cuz it barely lasts.
Dreamer is Versace’s second best scent, it’s misunderstood, and it takes a certain type of man to be able to pull it off.
EDIT-i almost broke my first bottle because I didn’t know the top pushed down lol

@@xXXDeadlyHavocXXx Versace Eu Fraiche is the cologne that I get the most comments from other people about, it’s amazing and a good daytime/summertime scent.
I own over 100 frags now and none smell like it until 2day when I received Montale Wood and spices. Amazin resemblance to each other. Montale is more refined and luxurious however.
Wow, I used to think this frag was weird but when she said she liked it I tried it again - it's better...but I still don't know.

The OG opens sweeter and nicer than the subsequent reformulations. The juice is darker in color and it is also more potent.
That being said, the reforms dry down about the same as the vintage.
I think the comparison to LeMale is fair. It’s the powdery effect they both have.

Its not the OG original was a little darker in color and was much better stronger long lasting.
