Erica is so right about Naxos, it’s my go to summer scent, the amount of compliments I get from women when wearing this fragrance on a sunny day is ridiculous, it’s my most complimented summer fragrance. I think the sun makes it pop off my skin and it’s got enough of a fresh and smooth profile to not be too much in the heat.

Very nice presentation , Erica ! My top summer scents are : Bois imperial from Essential parfums and Beach Hut Man along with Search from Amouage . I tried Absolu Aventus on a Creed's boutique and was ready to spend the 330 Euros for 75ml bottle but after taking a sample and wearing a couple of times , i felt that this is very designer-smelling (from the boring side of view) and thus kept my money for something different

My most complimented summer fragrance is the OG Acqua Di Giò Edt!
I bought a sample of Kilian Apple Brandy on the rocks, it is as good as you describe it. Same with Absolu Aventus, perhaps a little strong for a summer day, but..
Naxos is also fantastic.
so with naxos oddly enough the most compliments for me come in the spring/summertime with this one day or night. the citrus and lavender are bright and really keep it from going too sweet and dense. it was made to represent sicily which in the summer can get up to 90+ degrees so it makes sense

Costa azzura is amazing
I made a note of these to look into. Erica in all honesty I don’t know how to feel about JPG le beau le parfum, I got the 10ml tester and I like it BUT I now live Puerto Rico where the piña colada was invented and I just don’t wanna smell similar all the time. I feel like your recommendations here are superior to this JPG. Thanks 💨🌴
My favourite for summer is acqua oud by precious liquids, imagination lv and I love the Tom ford freshies but they don’t last

Regarding Imagination, would you make a review about the new Bvlgari pour homme parfum? It's one of the few new releases with prominent tea notes. I was a big fan of the EDT and I'd like to test the parfum but it's a bit hard to find. It took months for a fragrantica page to be created for that, flying under the radar.
Personally i prefer Sedley over Perseus for a summer scent, but Perseus is very sexy and nice aswell.
Interesting and refreshing summer-list! Not the usual suspects, I like. I look forward to trying my Naxos-sample in the summer heat.

Ah hell nah Erica 😂 Naxos in the heat!!! I’ve done it. They almost locked me up.
Naxos in the summer is an extreme complement puller. Example: 95 degrees, humid, walking thru mall courtyard and a woman (30ish) grabs my shoulder from behind and says “oh my God that is him” to her friend group. Another came over to me and says “damn that smells so f**kalicious” and they wanted to know what it was.
I got another great compliment and learned a new word🤣

WOW! Someone that actually hates Sauvage Elixir. I hate it also, no matter how many times I have sampled in store, I just can't come around to liking it. The same is true of the original Sauvage EDT. I just can't stand that sharp, screechy opening. But, Prada Luna Rossa Carbon I actually like and have. Similar scent profile as Sauvage EDT and EDP, just toned down and for me, much more likeable.

I have some remarks for the Naxos and Aventus Absolu it’s 100% winters heavy fragrances, will give you headache 🤕 in the hot summer days!!! As for Perseus I read mostly negative comments, it’s better to switch with Percival! Also I don’t understand why Aventus Cologne is not on the list 🤔, as for summer Xerjoff there are other options even on Erica’s channel.

Absolu Aventus is not a heavy scent, bit darker but not heavy and can be worn year round in my opinion.
