Felis, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for this masterpiece. I bought it today and the first impressions are amazing. I fly the -400 in real life, but the 200 is so much fun! You really captured a great feel for the 747.
Thanx, man! As you're actual 747 pilot, i would like to have your opinion on her performance. How does it feel in flight and especially on landing. I know -200 and-400 are quite different, but general airframe is almost the same. So the difference should be minimal.
@@FelisLeopard I installed the -200, and did one entire flight, and I loved it. I am fortunate to use the Brunner CLS-E yoke, which has force feedback and the control feel is excellent. My opinion is entirely subjective, and I give consideration to the X-plane limitations, but I didn’t expect it to “feel” so right. Now, they say the 400 lands a little different than the 200... I wouldn’t know the difference in real life, but your 747, satisfies my cravings to fly the original queen of the skies. Now I am back to work, I’ll have to wait 2 weeks to fire up the old lady again. I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying it.
Felis Leopard there already is a plugin by phillipp münzel for the civa ins. I think the flyjsim 727 and 737 use the same plugin for the ins. It would save you some programming if you’d use this plugin instead but it’s a payware product so customers of your 747 would have to buy it separately

I don't know. There is still AT system, INS and many small things to code. Then flight dynamics, sounds, visual effects, supplement 2D panels.
