On my first day at baking school, I got the highest score on our diagnostic test..and I just watched your video the night before! ❤ You have condensed valuable baking info in one video. Thanks a lot! ❤
Nice video, I appreciated it. I'm trying to get an understanding of baking ingredients to get the kind of wheat bread I want. I had hoped this video mentioned what eggs do to dough, since there are recipes with and without them.
sad that you missed out on another important fact concerninh brown and white sugar. white sugar lacks molasses, which plays an important role in structural integrity. many cookie recipes call for brown sugar to hold their form (or call for white sugar with added molasses as extra step). basically,if you dont want your cookie dough to "deflate" into a flat piece disk, use brown sugar,or add molasses. this may be beyond basics, but is ridiculously important to know
im just studying tle for my test and this video really helped me thabks for making it and btw im only grade 7 here on my school on the philippines this video really helped and btw tle also means TECHNOLOGY and LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION thats what tle mean
This is exactly what I was searching for, thanks very much!

Can sugar be reduced in a recipe please?
Id love to hear what you have to say but unfortunately the music ruins it. I’m wondering ....why the music?
Yes,this is true100%
Her face and the way she talks makes me want to listen to her all day🥺
It would of been better if you had the music in the background and not at the noise level of your voice.
Her: pastry flour can be used for pastries
Me: hmm yes 🤔✏️🗒
With all due respect, I love the video but please lower music
wonderful. i strongly recommend re upload without this music.
Please please please edit the annoying music!
Thank you!
