Leanne Rimes absolute legend .
Her singing ability at a young age is totally unmatched.
They don’t make artists like this anymore.
Give credit where it’s due 👏👏👏👏👏
This is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥
One of the best vocal talents of all time and so entirely underrated. It’s absolutely INSANE to know she did this and “Blue” at 14 years old
Yes. She did indeed start her career at a very young age. She is one of my favorite female singers for sure.
Leann is definitely a yodeler over an country music singer. I won’t ever forget the day I heard and saw her debut Blue at 14 y/o 😮
Her voice today at age 42 is better than as a teenager.
She was young here. There is a live version on youtube from Beverly, MA 2/28/19 that is pretty amazing. Her voice has only gotten better, even though it was great back then too.
Not certain when this performance took place. But it was included on her album Blue, which was released when she was 13. Most definitely a must have album. Listen to the song Cattle Call, which she duets with Eddy Arnold, for a taste of her yodeling.
She absolutely killed this, shes so good
She gets overlooked. But she has one of the best female vocalists of all time. And in the man in me says, a real cutie pie.
She appeared much more mature than her actual age. In her early to mid teens she could easily pass for 4 or 5 years older than she really was. And her singing chops were just as advanced.
Here she looks like a mature 14 year old with makeup, IMO.
She won the Masked Singer. I knew who she was on the first song.
Now you need to hear her do "Amazing Grace" she was young in this one too, and done acappella in a church.
Yes came to the comments to say this. Used her recording of Amazing Grace at mom's funeral. Powerful.
Amazing Grace is outstanding
The smile on your face says it all, smitten it's what id call it.
Her version of "the rose" gives me goosebumps every time
You should hear her rendition of Amazing Grace.
I would say "Blue" or "Crazy", both Patsy Cline hits. Peace, Love!!
Patsy Cline never sang Blue.
@@jerrybennett2404 You are correct. I forgot she died before she even got to hear it.
Beautiful ❤️🔥
Mrlboyd great reactions.
her voice is amazing ! I fyou get a chance you should check out her version of Amazing Grace, done solo in a church all vocals and just amazing!
'Blue and I need you' are two more of her songs you should check out. 😊
When you don't stay 'spot on' with 'The Gold Medal ' classic rendition that was
done by Bobby Hadfield, there's a reason. There are no 'short cuts' to singing
this song and the only one I've heard who stays 'spot on' with Bobby's arrangement
was a very young Angelina Jordan. Many have tried, including true divas, but to do
it, section by section, in Bobby's way, tells us, all we have to know. And I haven't even
mentioned that there is no screaming in Bobby's singing of the song, in fact if you
truly analyze his live performance of it on The Andy William's Show in 'the 60's', you
see that his amazing presentation was done in effortless fashion.
She is a very good singer but nobody does this better than Bobby Hatfield.
Not sure I’d compare a female vocalist to a male vocalist. Apples to oranges for me.
☮️💙💙💙🔥😎
She is only 14 yrs old here.
Best rendition i have ever heard! 🤗
She’s around my age and she was a phenom in the country world, she was a very big deal when she came out with “Blue” (Pasty Cline cover) at 13 years old. She was treasure, faded out by her 20s, likely intentionally.
Castrati.
Um, no. She and her current husband met while they were both still married and many holier-than-thou county fans abandoned her. Judgmental morons.
